He was very professional, polite, friendly, honest, and most of all I was completely HAPPY when I left the dealership. He showned me how to operate my vehicle, we drove the vehicle, he got it cleaned up, gased up, he assisted me in transferring from my old Mercedes to my new 2013 Chrysler, he never left me alone too long, very knowledgeable, very respectful.........
