2012 overlander

With this rating I do have to say my car is still not fixed but landmark has really tried to fix it after a month being in the shop saying that mark Pullman was outstanding trying to help and the service manger Steve went to bat for me and spoke with the sell center and they gave me 100.00 in a gift card for the gas I used back in forth The problem is still not fixed but I think it is a over sight with the mechanic not finding the problem . Will see Steve on Monday hoping we can find the problem.

Not Pleased with Service Department

It has taken over a month for my vehicle to be fixed. Had to call corporate office to expedite repairs. Not pleased with communication or overall service. Transportation to and from work was impacted by the slow service.

Fantastic experience with Eddie Rosa & the team

I ordered my 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Eddie Rosa at Landmark Dodge across the country (I'm in CA, they're in GA). He worked with me throughout every step of the process, and was extremely helpful, easy to deal with, very communicative, and made sure my end-to-end experience was pleasant *and* most importantly did *not* feel like he was "selling me a car." A few months after ordering (we ordered right when MY2017 ended, so there was a slight delay from Dodge), my car arrived at Landmark Dodge in GA. He prepped it, worked through the Lease details and paperwork (FedEx'd overnight back and forth to knock it out quickly), and shipped the car to me. Yes, I bought it sight unseen. Zero issues, Eddie and the team at Landmark were worthy of my trust, and I'm pleased to say they lived up to my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering my next SRT from them, even though there are many Dodge dealerships closer to me (~2,500 miles away).

Bad customer service

I bought a brand new Dodge Journey , 5 years ago , now the car has 52000 milles and started making weird noises . I had the car towed to landmark and they told me that they will check the car asap . They told me on the phone that if it was a transmission problem , it would be covered because of manufacturer defects , 2 days later they called me and said a i need a new transmission and that they are not going to cover it . The manager Tim Anderson is a joke , needs to be fired , very bad customer service experience and no solution. Very unproffesional , didnt even take me into his office , started talking to me in the middle of the service center .Never buy any dodge again

Felt Shady

I arrive looking at a vehicle that I was very interested in. Upon arrival the car had not been cleaned, there was a charge cord in the front cup holder, straw wrapper on the front seat, and over 600 miles had been put on the vehicle. It was impossible to tell what shape the vehicle was in because it was so dirty. I left and said i would be back in a few days hoping that the vehicle would be detailed. When i arrived it looks like they had just wiped things down (not detailed), there was trim still hanging off inside, 2 chips in the windshield, and brake dust still on the rims. This really showed they didn't really want my business. Also, they were not willing to work on price with me, even though we were very close to a deal...in spite of everything. Then 2 weeks later the price of the vehicle drops to what i would have paid for it, with no response from the dealer. Overall, a horrible experience and have no interest in the vehicle now just out of principle.

Nice experience

In from out of town and stopped by to take a look at a car I had seen online. Salesman I met with was Al Jones. Super friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Showed the car and allowed us to take a test drive. Nice car, but I'm still undecided on what I am looking for. So did not buy that day. But Al wasn't pushy. Very friendly and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

LANDMARKS RADIO COMMERCIALS SAY, "WE WILL TAKE YOUR TRADE AND MAKE A DEAL NO MATTER WHAT!!" This is not true!!! I called Sunday morning about an advertised special on the Ram Rebel pickup. I explained my situation and the salesperson (Peter) said I needed to come in they could make it work!! I explained I didn't want to waste my time but he convinced me. Once I arrived, the first thing I was told was the truck with the amazing deal had already sold.....Why wasn't I called???? Then after a few hours I was told I we couldn't make a deal because I needed to keep my car longer. AGAIN, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION WHEN I CALLED!!! Complete waste of time and FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!

FRAUD..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This dealership is a fraud. So, my husband was in the market to buy a vehicle. He was going to buy a 2017 Dodge Challenger at the Morrow, Ga location. He went to buy the vehicle on a Saturday. They did not finish the paperwork and let him leave with the vehicle. My husband returned to the dealership and decided against buying the vehicle for several reasons. One of reason being that they would not give him his tax exempt for being military personal in TN. When I called and explained to the dealership, Yousuf, in finance was very unprofessional and rude and hung up in my face once he realized that I was correct. Yousuf, also said a lot of degrading/sexist remarks to my husband, telling him that, "He didn't know who ran the relationship but that he needed to control his wife." So they continued to try to sell my husband the vehicle, but I would not cosign because the numbers were not right and they were horrible with customer service. So once they realized that my husband was not going to buy the vehicle, they returned him his vehicle and said that the vehicle was shaking and that they were not going to give him his $500 deposit until they had someone look at the car. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, they said that they were only returning $380 because they had to detail the car and service the vehicle (later found out through a complaint that the vehicle needed an alignment with less than 100 miles that my husband put on it). So I emailed, Tim Lambert a couple of times in order to get receipts of the service completed and none of my emails were returned. He returned one email initially and said that they would not return my deposit because my husband "took a joy ride in his vehicle". I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone !!!!! You've been warned.
