Great experience!

First time at Pugmire and had a really good experience. It was only an oil change and tire rotation but it went smoothly.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

The list is long so I will hit the highlights. Went to buy a car for my newly driving teen daughter. It was just the girls husband was at work and was involved via phone during process. The car that I had spoke to them that VERY morning about was told it was three but when I got there it was not and she said she tried to call me but she did not! I drove a hour to get there. That was the first thing. My salesman I was working with after we got to the dealer Anthony was very nice and polite and never had a problem. When I found a car I called my husband and sent pictures as well. When he could not get off in time the business manage (finance) said take papers home and bring back Monday after husband signs. He was very rude from almost the start with me. I think he was mad because he could not get there to sign them which was a blessing in the end. The lord was watching over my daughter. So I did just that. Once I did get a chance to sit down with my spouse to sign papers it was 9pm on a Sunday night. That is when we saw all the red flags. Double copies of title papers one blank and one filled in as well as the same with the power of attorney and another tag application. They all had a blank one as well as the one filled in by computer. I have NEVER done that at any other dealer EVER! Then I see the BUYER BEWARE form that states in a nutshell the car you are about to buy they( the dealer ) doesn't recommend you buy it because it was going to the auction to be sold and I should not drive it and that they had no intentions to sell it and don't wan to sell it to me at this time! WTH who would sign that especially if you are going to put your child in the car for them to drive? In addition to that I had asked to get a car fax 2 x on Saturday and they never gave me one. SO my husband refused to sign and said take the car back so I did Monday am. I was met by Anthony who was always nice and professional. I took a family member with me as a witness. We asked to speak to the general manger but we got the same rude business manager I dealt with on Saturday. He was rude and defensive from the start and had a very unprofessional attitude. We then asked to speak to a real manager and did see the General manager. He also had a attitude right off the start and told my family member you are not on the paperwork. and not buying the car so I don't have to talk to you. It was a very unprofessional. in the end the General manger did apologize ( a little to late ) and offer my money back I had given as a down payment. Even though my husband had refused to sign papers and there really was no deal on the table I was glad to get my money back and end my interaction with Pugmire Ford and it's Upper management team! I will not use Pugmire ever again and will tell anyone the same.

Pugmire Ford Did It Right!

I was dreading the experience of shopping for two vehicles. Helen and Jacob were able to do two trade ins, find the cars I wanted to purchase and put the entire deal together based on my budget. Both vehicles were clean and ready for me when I got there. The whole deal took about 30 minutes and was seamless. I will see them in a couple of years to do it again!

I recently purchased my 2nd used vehicle in the past year...

I recently purchased my 2nd used vehicle in the past year from Pugmire Ford in Carrollton, Ga. While servicing my most recent purchase some mechanical problems were discovered. The people at the dealership disclosed all of this to me and promised to fix all problems at no additional expense to me. How refreshing is that ! An honest car dealership, with great people, good prices, and an overall nice buying experience. I highly recommend Pugmire Ford ! I am writing this review in regards to my personal experience visiting and buying a Ford Truck with Pugmire Ford. #1: (Professional) every employee I had a question for knew the answer or got me the answer I needed with a smile on their face and asked me follow up questions to make sure I understood in detail their responses, #2 (Unique) Austin and Helen were in touch with me day and night after hours answering any questions I had, making me feel certain I made the correct choice in buying a vehicle from them. I have never had that happen during any other vehicle purchases making this an unique experience for sure. #3 (Genuine) out of 8 cars I have purchased over the years, I have NEVER met a more genuine car dealership where all the employees care about their customers. #4 (Motivational) was the experience because they never pressured me, only coached and encouraged me to select the truck that was going to fit my personality, gotta love that! #5 (Immaculate) was the condition of the offices, show room, all vehicles and customer service from day one of my experience at Pugmire Ford. #6 (Respectful) was the attitude toward all my family from the first step in the door, as there was no pressure put on us to buy this or buy that. Austin and Helen worked with me to select the best vehicle for me, letting me be the one to make the final decision on the truck, not forcing a final decision for me. #7 (Excellent) is the rating I give Austin and Helen because that is what the Pugmire family represents and as listed above (Professional,Unique,Genuine,Motivational,Immaculate,Respectful,Excellent) first letters of each word spells PUGMIRE so what more proof does a buyer need!! Excellent in every way!!!

I purchased a blue F-250 from the Pugmire dealership. The process was quick and painless. My sales rep was courteous and straight forward, and I had requested that the paperwork be prepared before I arrived to finalize the sale. This was all done as promised and as a positive side note the truck has been great! They were able to get me the exact truck that I told them I wanted.

I was in the market for an F150 and since I had used the...

I was in the market for an F150 and since I had used the service dept before with good results plus the fact that I wanted to shop local I stopped by this dealer first. I had been told before that if they did not have the vehicle I wanted, they could get it from any other Ford dealer. I brought an internet ad from Courtesy Ford in Conyers for a new F150 STX to see if they could match the price or obtain the truck for me. I spent 2 hours trying to be convinced to buy an XL instead for $3,000 more. The salesman Sammy Davis was very nice and courteous but the truck I requested was never mentioned unless I brought it up. Finally the sales manager, whose name I cannot remember, came out and began telling me there was no way Courtesy Ford could sell that truck at that price. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I'm 60 years old and have bought numerous new vehicles and have never been talked to this way. I left and went to Courtesy Ford the next day and bought the truck at the exact price advertised with no problems. I emailed the general manager who is the owner's son the next day and told him of my experience. It has been a week with no response so I decided to write this review. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and would caution anyone considering purchasing there to beware.

I was strongly encouraged to visit this dealership by a friend who recently purchased a F-150. As a business guy, I usually dislike purchasing vehicles due to some of the dealers sales tactics. But not at Pugmire Ford. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. They were clear and articulate through all the pricing and financing negotiations. No funny business or backdoor add-ins. After we settled the business end, the sales people even sat in the vehicle with me and reviewed the key points of the owner’s manual and answered all of my questions. My friends recommendation certainly paid off.
