Great experience

The staff was wonderful from the time I walked on the lot. Sammy and Victoria helped me anyway possible. They both were very attentive to my needs and made sure I walked out with the best deal. i really appreciated the first time buyer experience they gave me. I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

customer service

In June my husband and myself bought a Lincoln MKS from Pugmire in June ,there were somethings we were not satisfied with so we returned the car the next morning and gave our concerns,we left the car there and three days later we went back to the dealership to speak with the manager,the manager was very rude verbally abusive with his tone and told us we had to take the vehicle without our concerns being addressed because we brought the car and if we did not take the car it would stay on the compound untill the bank repose the car,we left the car on the car lot because we were not satisfied with what he told us and how he spoke to us,he was very condescending and had no care for the customer,the internet manager by the name of Victoria called us when we left the dealership and did her best to take care of this situation she sent us to the other dealership in Marietta to see if we saw another car that we was satisfied with she understood our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy,The persent manager is no kind of business man his concern is not for the company because he is not making sure the customers are happy,because of him I would not recommend any any body there,now if the internet manager was manager of that store I would surely be obliged to send people there she"s very professional and knows that the car business is a people business and not a car business because without the people to buy the cars there was not going to be any business.

Very best car purchase ive ever had.

i went to Pugmire Ford after being contacted by Victoria about a f150 4x4 .I arrived around 930 and by noon was leaving in my new f150 full of gas and freshly detailed.I traded an 07 tundra with 230000 miles and got about 2k more than i expected for it.Mr.Musick and Victoria were extra helpful and hospitable.Fastest easiest fairest deal ive ever made.Thanks again to all of the Professional staff for the very best deal i ever made.

We got a new truck!

New Truck purchase

I bought my first new Ford F150 from Pugmire Ford of Carrollton. I was very impressed with the service I received from the team and my salesman, Mark Taylor. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Ford product. After test driving the Ford F150, I was hooked. The team did not have the truck I wanted at their dealership so they made arrangements to find the one just for me. The buying process was very laid back, no pressuring involved. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
