We really like the salesman “ but what I don’t like if

We really like the salesman “ but what I don’t like if you choose a new salesman because you had a bad salesman they still get a cut of the sale … NOT GOOD AND NOT RIGHT!!!

Car had no issues on arrival but had coolant leak when I

Car had no issues on arrival but had coolant leak when I left. Wont be back for service there again. They kept acting like i added coolant, but the older woman said the girl that was doing service must of added coolant and did not notate it on the service record. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Never spoke to my service writer after I dropped the

Never spoke to my service writer after I dropped the vehicle off. I was sent a email or text with repair details, that was it. Not one discussion about what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call for updates. Even had to call to ask if my vehicle was ready. Not even a courtesy call that the work was completed. Very poor service from the service writer.

Our experience with Ginn Chrysler Jeep was absolutely

Our experience with Ginn Chrysler Jeep was absolutely wonderful. Shavon Roach was our sales associate and she was awesome. She took her time with us and answered our questions. She even called (on her day off) the next day to make sure the dealership put our running boards on our Jeep. The service department had our running boards on within an hour. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
