I went for a routine oil change.

I went for a routine oil change. The staff is always nice. However, I’m still dealing with an oil leak that has not been resolved after several visits. Not sure why your techs aren’t skilled enough to resolve this issue.

This dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable about

This dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. They allowed us (my wife and I) to take our time and look around. After an allotted amount of time we were approached by Mrs. Roach, who was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. Mrs. Roach assisted us with test driving the vehicles, and answered all questions we asked. She was not pushy about purchasing a vehicle. Once we decided to purchase our Jeep she and Mr.Shakespeare made the process very simple and met all of our needs and expectations. We returned the following day to have our running boards installed on our Jeep. The dealership had them installed within an hour. Mrs. Roach even contacted us (on her day off) to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I would also highly encourage them to use Mrs. Roach and Mr. Shakespeare when making a decision about a purchase of their own vehicle.

The dealership was very clean, well lite, and inviting

The dealership was very clean, well lite, and inviting upon entering the lot and showroom. The level of customer service rendered by my Sales Rep Shelton Jones and Finance Manager Deborah Heflin was exceptional very through and professional. I believe they worked hard for my business and showed genuine appreciation in closing our deal. I think I've found my dealership for any future car/truck buys for me or my family. Not impressed with the service I received in service.

Not impressed with the service I received in service. No sense of urgency and lack of communication. They couldn’t fix my car the first time. Brought back and was resolved but this whole experience has been a nightmare.

The service was poor.

The service was poor. I’m still waiting to drive a call from the service manger and the GM. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
