They were excellent with me and my jeep.

They were excellent with me and my jeep. The service was done within a day. I didn’t give it 5 stars bc when I drove over to the dealer , which 30 min from where I live, to drop off over night the night before my appt, it was closed everywhere. No entrances were open. All locked! So I had to rearrange my morning to bring it back over.

The service was exceptional!

The service was exceptional! From the time I walked In , until I drove off on my vehicle. They listened to my needs and my wants. They provided me with a happy medium on them both.They didn't force me on anything and gave me several options. I'm given them a big 10. Referring all my friends and family to a dealership that's honest and fair.

I have been having issues with my Jeep.

I have been having issues with my Jeep. My sensors don’t work sometimes, my temp and language are not working properly, car crash picture is on dash. I have had a few items repaired and they have reset it. The customer service does not communicate well, I am stuck paying on a new jeep with no idea on when it can be fixed. I spoke with Chrysler customer service and Ginn told them my car is safe to driver and that it needs software updates ( I was not aware of this).

Every one of their employees are very friendly and kind when you go to get service there. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and you are able to get a good cup of coffee.
