Was first in line for service on Saturday morning
Was first in line for service on Saturday morning 11/9/24. This took just over 2 hours, which I thought was a bit longer than it should take for a full synthetic oil change, balance and rotate four tires, but no big deal. I was promptly greeted and squared away in the customer waiting area, where I enjoyed some fresh, hot coffee and a breakfast bar. The advisor and cashier were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. My service was performed correctly, and my car was returned better than I brought it in, and free of any dirt, greasy steering wheel or debris from the tech who drive the vehicle. My first experience was very positive, and I'll definitely be returning for our maintenance needs on our two vehicles.

After being traumatized by another chevrolet dealership, God led us to this wonderful group of people, Thank you Greg Webster for taking a chance on us thank you Warren Peek for your awesome customer service, thank you Mr. JD for all your help, this dealership was awesome and the customer service was A1, if you are looking for a vehicle I totally recommend this dealership ask for Greg or Warren you won't be sorry. Even if you are having some challenges, the compassion from this entire staff is phenomenal and uplifting. Horrible.
Horrible. I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change. I've been here for 2 and 1/2 hours and they haven't even pulled my truck in to get started. My time is money. The purpose of making an appointment is because you want to have a general idea of how long your wait may be. This is the absolute worst experience. I will never return and I would recommend that you stay far away as well. Michelle Coates, JD

Do not go to this stealership!
Do not go to this stealership!! My wife wanted an oil change and I expressed that she should wait and go to an indy shop but she said she had a coupon so she went. While waiting on her car a male customer expressed how he had come there and was told he had 2 nails in his tire and it couldn't be repaired so with all of thier antics it would be roughly around $500 to fix--he said no and went down the street to tires plus found out only one nail and paid $15 and was on his way. Back to our issue--- one tpms sensor had just started going in and out so they said the could replaced for roughly $150. I told my wife I didn't think she should do it and we could go online and buy 4 OEM sensors and take it somewhere else but she deided to let them change the bad sensor. Low and behold she was told that another sensor had low voltage and would probably go out soon---I told her just get the bad one done and we will deal with that later. they replaced the bad sensor and when they were done none of the sensors would read and tire light was still on. They expressed that the other sensor that had low voltage was now the culprit and sent on her on her way with no tpms sensors reading now. She called me and I went crazy! How do you spend money for a repair and leave in worse shape than you came. After her calling with me on 3 way and me going off they said bring the car back and they would see if they could reprogram them. The tech stuck with his initial story about the other sensor being the culprit but after going to the service manager and having her take it back to the back--low and behold all sensors reading and tire light is off DO NOT GO TO THIS STEALERSHIP!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER
I will NEVER bring my car in for service again as long as I am alive! I brought my truck in for service and I told them I had a warranty. The lady told me on the phone "oh we dont know anything about that warranty company but bring it in anyway". That should have been my warning to not go. I get there and they fixed the car and the warranty company agreed to pay the claim. I get there to pick up my truck and they literally held my keys hostage UNTIL the warranty company literally called them and confirmed they paid the claim. WHAT KIND OF FOOLISHNESS IS THIS. Stay away from the service department at all costs.
