Brandon went out of his way to help me when I made the appointment to get my truck serviced and the lady at the service desk was very helpful and nice

Easy to schedule friendly greeting took my car right away protected the seats and did all requested work in a timely fashion. Waiting area was clean and social distancing was adequate

Locked my keys in my truck when I asked to leave them in the gas cap. Got dropped off in 20 degree weather to get my truck to find the keys were LOCKED INSIDE. Sales guy Ryan Dodson went above and beyond to help, even tried to get Onstar to help. but not much you can do for something as stupid as locking someone’s keys in their truck and not telling them. Will not be back. Will be going to Newnan.

7:30 am appointment was on-time and SUV was finished within an hour with all multipoint checks completed correctly. The windshield wipes was found worn and were replaced when asked.

Staff was expecting me, directed me to waiting room and was back in my truck in about an hour. Thank you for always having professional staff.
