Awesome to work with along with finance manager! Quickest closing I’ve ever had! Thayer were a an awesome experience and I had zero intention of buying that day.

Professional, Honest, no pressure. Worked to meet our budget limit. We feel that we got a fair deal. Very pleased with the used jeep. When we arrived to pick it up from out of state it was exactly as they said it was.

I appreciate that Thornton’s found the serious problem with my’09 Lucern, located the necessary part and completed the repair all on the same day!

The overall experience was just average, being there for more than 4 plus hours isn’t how I wanted to spend my Saturday. Just saying

Service was good and employees were friendly but I was disappointed to see that masks were not required or even suggested for customers or employees. Even though I chose to wear a mask I felt very uncomfortable in the small waiting room with unmasked customers.

This dealership has the friendliest, knowledgeable and efficient dealerships we’ve ever been to. They greet you like they’ve always known you😊. Being new to Carrollton, that was very nice but unexpected

They are so professional and courteous. Tanya, was so good about getting down to the problem and solving it with my TVs. Everything was fixed through my warranty program. Thank goodness we got it for our 2016 Denali XL. 😊

I can’t say enough about John Thornton.... everyone is so so so nice! Everything was so easy! We live 4 hours away and we loved the Navigator they had but our car was totaled so it was going to be hard to get there. They sent us a video walk through of the SUV and we did everything over the phone! Easiest and quickest time we have ever had buying a car! They were able to get me in the same day for an oil change. They were very professional and I’ll definitely be going back.

They are always welcoming and willing to help no matter the situation. I received a rental while they checked my car with no problem. Amazing
