New Car Experience

Jason Davis, the salesman who worked with me for several hours showing me multiple vehicles and he was patient and knowledgeable. When I finally made my choice and he worked with the credit department to help my choice happen. He also borrowed my phone and connected to the Bluetooth and put the Ford App on my phone. It has been a long time seen I had a new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. Well done Jason Davis!

Added keyless entry to my 2017 Escape.

Overall great experience. I wanted keyless entry added to my Escape. The service department ordered the part. It arrived early. My service appointment started on time and I was completed on time. No issues. Overall excellent service experience. Will continue to use McLaughlin for even though they are 50 minutes away.

Great experience! They have done a ton of work on my 2001 Ranger in the past few months and it runs like new now. Their mechanics do amazing work. Service advisors are always great to deal with. I feel like family when I come in. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone!
