Overall vehicle service was very good.

Overall vehicle service was very good. Customer service techs were helpful and courteous. The one drawback is their customer waiting area. There are chairs around but no stands or places to set a cup of coffee, etc. The only option was to sit at a large circular table with 4 other customers or in chairs placed around the room. I strongly recommend McLaughlin upgrade the waiting area soonest.

Was told when I dropped my car off that one of the items

Was told when I dropped my car off that one of the items might not be able to be completed due to staffing but when I picked my car up I was pleasantly surprised all services were completed.

Was told before purchasing I could get 5 year/ 150,000

Was told before purchasing I could get 5 year/ 150,000 mile extended warranty for 1,200 bucks and could add later. I go to add later and after weeks of being ignored and kicked around I?m told it will be almost 4 grand for Warranty. Do not trust anything this dealership says. Get everything in writing or buy elsewhere.

I couldn?t have gotten any better service no where. I went by the dealership to make an appointment to get a few things fixed on my F-150 . Instead of giving me a appointment they fixed everything on my F-150 while I waited in their waiting room for about an hour.

Brought my diesel truck in on Tuesday as it had a code

Brought my diesel truck in on Tuesday as it had a code for throttle position sensor. They diagnosed it the same day, but had to order parts and also advised me the diesel tech was very behind about 1 and a half to 2 weeks. It is what it is. To my surprise they received the parts that Thursday and I had the truck back the following Monday. Under a week. Very happy with the service and the truck was very clean and under the hood clean and neat work no broken clips / clamps or anything else. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need any work.
