I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4 runner from this dealership....

I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4 runner from this dealership. The overall experience was very pleasant. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. The dealership worked with me to give me the amount I wanted for my trade in. The price was right for the vechicle. The amount of time it took to transacted the deal was perfect. In the end I came away as a satisfied customer and I am very pleased with my new "used" vechicle. I would definitely shop again at this dealership when I am in the market for another car.

Greg was very friendly and easy to work with. It was...

Greg was very friendly and easy to work with. It was late in the afternoon and we should have negotiated better. We paid $2000 more than the research later showed that we should have.

Jesse and Eric were a complete pleasure to work with. They were quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Eric clearly knew his business and made the financing part of the transaction quick, educational and hassle free. I appreciated his attention to detail and explaining to my wife and I the details in terms that made sense. Jesse was cheerful and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I have been buying mercedes-benz cars from Greg Rabideaux...

I have been buying mercedes-benz cars from Greg Rabideaux for 12 years now , and i will say that there is no one that i have ever encountered in the car business that is as professional,courteous or as accomidating as Greg . We live about 70 miles from the dealership and all we have to do when our lease is up is call him and he sends us photos and stats opn the new model that we want. He even delivers the car to us and takes the old one back. The expieiance is fast and very convienent. This time we also delt with thier leasing expert Bob Holton, he took lots of time to explain the differences in all the new confusing advalorem laws that exist now in Georgia. These guiys are the best period . I would tell anyone that is in nthe market for a new or used benz that they need to call Greg or Bob at Atlanta Classic cars and get the best service in the business. I would not even consider dealing with anyone else . I had a question about the new car and called Greg on a sunday and he took my call and took care of all my needs. I dont think that happens with many other salesmen. Anyway another great expieriance with Atlanta classic cars, Greg Rabideaux and Bob Holton, many thanks to you again. Raelyn Patelles

I am on my 6th Mercedes from Atlanta Classic Cars. The sales people I had dealt with on my first 4 leases had left, and I had come across Jesse Cannon-Wallace's blog on line. She seemed very knowledgeable about Mercedes and the vehicles, so I went with her. Jesse is fabulous! She takes the time to find out what you want in a vehicle. She knows about all the features, and guides you in your selection. There's no rush, no pressure. For me, it was like sitting down and talking with a friend. The ordering process was simple, and Jesse was really good at showing me how everything worked when my vehicle came in. I hope Jesse never leaves!

Excellent-Review of Atlanta Classic Cars

Over the past 5-years, I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Nick Karacha. Today, 3/12/2013, has been especially pleasing. I had recieved the Mercedes Benz email regarding several owners' experiences with their cars. I was about to write of mine relating to my 2010 C-300, which I purchased in October of 2012, but then I realized that there was a 2010 C-350 available. I spoke briefly with Nick, and without any fuss, and minimal negotiations, Nick again, succeeded to get me the deal - for a perfect birthday gift, tomorrow, March 14th. I must also say that Nick's approach is befitting of the "consumate professional" - courteous and knowledegeable. the Sales Staff at this pre-woned facility has treated me with the utmost respect. They are always willing and able to help. Nick's first offer is for the "courtesy wash", then refreshements. This, being my fourth visit and purchase, I think I have found my favorite dealership and my "Champion Salesman" in Nick Karacha. It is truly refreshing to know that the car-buying experience can be hassle-free and actually an enjoyable one. Thank you so very much, Nick. Charles
