Great Service from Phil Black!

We have owned 8 Mercedes over the last 15 years. I recently purchased my first car from RBM of Atlanta. The dealership was fantastic but I was extremely impressed by my sales person Phil Black. I had known Phil from a previous dealership and was always impressed by his ability to put a deal together! He really wants and appreciates the business! He offers exceptional service during the sales process all the way until you are ready to purchase your next vehicle. I have sent friends and family to Phil as well and have never heard a complaint from anyone. Phil is truly the best of Atlanta! Marc Goldstein

easiest way to buy a MB

Had never bought a MB. Walked in to RBM was introduced to Jerry Mo. Jerry helped with all questions. Made suggestions, BTW, were all on point and 45 min later we had our first MB. Picked up the car the next day and you would have thought we had been customers for 20 yrs. All very professional, you feel you have made a "safe" decision. Since the car is smarter then we are, Summer explained everything. Summer spent over an hour going over everything. GREAT experience. JR

Best place to get your Mercedes Benz

These guys are the best! . Gerry Modzelewski Sales Consultant did a great job and understanding my concerns. Bryan Brazdo, Finance Manager did wonders to get me a good deal with me having negative equity in my trade in. Casey Hsu Harrison Product Concierge, her knowledge of the in and outs of the car and actually helping me set up some of the personalized features of my car. All three stayed late. I think that I was the last person there. But they made sure that I was treated well. I don't want to forget my service consultant for my old vehicle Tristan Stanley. He understood what was wrong with my old car and was very up front with the diagnosis. RBM of Atlanta is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with in my years of buying cars. They will always have me as their customer.

Our experience with Steve Edwards!!A+++++++

We recently purchased our 4th Mercedes from Steve Edwards at RBM. We have dealt with Steve over a period of about 20 years and would never choose to go to anyone else.We know he will give us the full story and not push us into anything we wouldn't be comfortable with and he tells us every detail about a car and then lets us "mull it over" knowing that we appreciate him not being pushy and we come back to him with our choice. He makes sure we have all our questions answered and graciously takes our phone calls after we get the car and have some insignificant question that has come up ---not making us fill rushed .. Steve has a nice personality--good sense of humor and very quick to pick up on things. We feel fortunate to have someone of his caliber to work with at RBM.
