Yesterday I took my 2024 maverick in for a tire issue.

Yesterday I took my 2024 maverick in for a tire issue. Jeff who was my advisor for my vehicle got it into the shop and a technician assigned to it in an exceptional time. They replaced the tire and got me on my way in less than an hour. Amazing and a true testiment to their customer service they all strive for. Form service to parts thank you for taking care of me and my awesome maverick.

This is a Ford dealership and not a Lincoln one persae.

This is a Ford dealership and not a Lincoln one persae. But the level of service they offer to the Lincoln owners are over and beyond any Lincoln dealership we have been for the decade. The service, the skill set of its technicians and the degree of care they offer to the Lincoln owners are truly a unique and memorable experience. We dropped our car for a typical oil change. However after due diligence, there was a recall and few other items that should have been noted and taken care of by the Lincoln dealership that we used to visit for years. None were noticed or taken care of. Here, as a courtesy, that service Lincoln, but we felt a huge difference in the car runing before and after the service here. HUGE! Chad, the GM is the most pleasant and service oriented individual you will meet here.

We really needed a bigger family vehicle and Fabian at

We really needed a bigger family vehicle and Fabian at Ken Grody Ford Redlands showed us options with kindness, patience, and was appropriately laid back yet intentional. We test drove several vehicles but enjoyed the process at Ken Grody. We found the Expedition to be a great family vehicle that would fit our family needs for many years. The only thing was Bench seats or captain chairs? We brought our car seats and stroller and Fabian made sure we were able to truly see ourselves in our vehicle. Buying a vehicle is not easy and to spend hard earned money when life has been tough recently was difficult but Ken Grody in Redlands promises to be competitive and family oriented. We have been driving & enjoying our Expedition! Even our baby loves it, and our baby usually does not enjoy car rides. Thank you Fabian for great memories discovering our much needed family vehicle, and we look forward to many fun memories in our Expedition. God bless everyone at Ken Grody Ford In Redlands.
