What a great car buying experience I just had at Ken Grody Ford Redlands. From the moment I walked into the door they made me feel like family. Rene went completely out of his way to make sure that he did everything he could to give me all the options I needed for my purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. The fastest I’ve ever bought a vehicle. Rene’s son Cristian was outstanding getting me the best warranty and coverage he could for my new truck. To make my experience even better they even delivered my truck to my house in Lake Elsinore and picked up my trade. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle by far. Yesterday I took my 2024 maverick in for a tire issue. Jeff who was my advisor for my vehicle got it into the shop and a technician assigned to it in an exceptional time. They replaced the tire and got me on my way in less than an hour. Amazing and a true testiment to their customer service they all strive for. This is a Ford dealership and not a Lincoln one persae. But the level of service they offer to the Lincoln owners are over and beyond any Lincoln dealership we have been for the decade. The service, the skill set of its technicians and the degree of care they offer to the Lincoln owners are truly a unique and memorable experience. We dropped our car for a typical oil change. However after due diligence, there was a recall and few other items that should have been noted and taken care of by the Lincoln dealership that we used to visit for years. None were noticed or taken care of. Here, as a courtesy, that service Lincoln, but we felt a huge difference in the car runing before and after the service here. HUGE! Chad, the GM is the most pleasant and service oriented individual you will meet here.
