This was my first lease and it was a disappointing

This was my first lease and it was a disappointing experience. I was quoted one price in person, agreed to the deal, and was allowed to take the vehicle home with the promise that my lease contract would be emailed the next day. After sending two follow-up emails on the contract status, I finally received it four days later and the monthly payments were nearly $2000 higher than what we had agreed on. It took two more days of phone calls and emails to get the correct paperwork, and even the general manager never responded. The finance manager eventually sent a corrected version and after asking why the numbers were off, he blamed their system, but the one week delay and complete lack of communication made it feel like they were hoping I would not notice the change. There was no apology. If you are leasing, especially for the first time, double check everything before leaving this dealership.

Purchasing my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport from Ken Grody Ford Redlands turned out to be an unexpectedly delightful adventure. Right from the moment I entered the dealership, the ambience was welcoming, and the team was extraordinarily helpful, ensuring I felt comfortable with every aspect of my choice. The assistance from Leo,salesperson, who was incredibly thorough and friendly, made all the difference. Not only did they understand my requirements, but they also explained all the features and benefits in a way that was easy to grasp. I left the dealership not just with a new car, but with a great experience I’d happily share with friends and family.

Leo was a great sales associate and Josh was a wonderful

Leo was a great sales associate and Josh was a wonderful finance person. They were responsive without resorting to the stereotypical auto dealer tricks which give the industry such a bad reputation. Leo has also been very helpful post purchase.

I was happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience

I was happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience yesterday. Rene, the sales rep was truly helpful and did everything in his power to help me out. It was a pleasure working with Josh, the finance manager, as well! He made sure to honor all discounts and interest rates, even though we had to switch financing institutions. It was obvious to me that they were truly trying to help and for that I will certainly return for my next family car!

The folks at Ken Grody Ford in Redlands are top notch and it shows in everything they do. They made my recent visit there to purchase an SUV a truly rewarding experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I couldn’t have been treated any better. A special shout out to Mario and Mike for taking such good care of me, from making the paperwork a breeze to get through, to taking time to show me everything I needed to know to operate the vehicle. Great guys! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. You won’t be disappointed.
