Buyer Beware

Please try to go anywhere else if possible. This car dealership definitely doesn’t care about anything else but getting money from you. I came in last month to purchase a car from them and was “approved” for the vehicle we decided on. They decided to wait a about 3 weeks before telling me I was driving around in car I wasn’t approved for. I’ve never heard of anyone being able to drive off from a dealership and hasn’t been approved by a bank yet to take the vehicle. I was first told I needed to come in and redo the paperwork for the vehicle I was told I was “approved “ for but that wasn’t the case. When I was finally able to make it to the dealership mind you I work 8-5 and live about an hour from the dealership. My work place is about an hour and half way from them so I’m not exactly around the corner from them. The only reason they wanted me to come in was because I apparently wasn’t approved for the car that they let me drive off in. I was told I would have to pick another car and take back the car I traded in until they could find me another vehicle that I could be approved for. Before I left I was told by in the morning they would have a answer for me. No one called me the next morning I had to call them. When I called no one knows anything of what I’m talking about , then all of the sudden they’re working on it and need me to send my paycheck stubs in again and I would also need a co-signer. I was able to do that and was told they were working on getting a Honda Civic. The next morning I was told I was approved for the Honda, I was sent pictures of the car also. I was then informed that all I needed to do was come by the dealership and sign paperwork and I’d be good to go. I drive to the dealership when I get off of work just to find out the car was sold and no one knows what I’m talking about. Then they tell me I have to show proof of income but I was confused because I emailed one of their sales staff the morning before my paycheck stubs and was told they received them. At this point I’m over it and I tell them just to give me my money and title back. Now I have to wait most likely until Monday to get my money back and who knows how long for my title because they sent it off to be processed. I don’t even know why my title was sent off if I wasn’t even approved for a car yet.They definitely were not trying to help me get into another car and it would have been nice of them to be honest about everything instead of giving me the runaround. They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them and didn’t want to deal with me at all. This the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I just hope this review saves someone else from the same hassle I went through.

Friendly and Respectful

Very good experience. They are calm, sophisticated, and respectful of your time. They do drive a hard deal, of course. So, you have to enjoy negotiating for a car/truck. But, you just tell them what is important and they manage to that goal. But, they do have the inventory. So, if you want the best choice, that's where you go.

Why go anywhere else?

More cars and trucks to choose from! Also a 25 mile delivery service, compared to other dealerships they work faster and have your deal ready sooner. I also found the staff very helpful and easy to work with. This is my second vehicle here for a reason

Oil change

Fast and great service and communication thank you for your time and service professional help. I will go back every time I need service on my journey GT and any dodge car I own I will have it service here in San Bernardino

Car Purchase and follow-up

New Purchase of a Dodge Ram 1500 Limited, Craig Wade and his supervisor were easy to work with. The Service Team and Body Shop also were professional.

Dealer service

Although I think your prices are high as xxxx, your people do good work. I've spent over $1000 dollars this year for service. Next service I may check around for lower prices.

Bad costumer service

There costumer service sucks, when they are contacted they have no patience to listen and they do not give the costumer time to review what is being said and they would hung up the phone without warning

Great job
