Very nice service Manager, very thorough in her explanation

very helpful in explaining the recall and the reason for the parts delay. very knowledgable in every aspect of the Ford Truck. Short wait time and never was out in the weather

Buying a Red Mustang

My salesman was Brian. He was very straightforward and wanted to sell me a car. I had tried a previous Ford dealership, but Pugmire was a lot easier to work with. The finance guy was even fantastic as well.

Great Service Department

Pam and Lucy are outstanding . They both make sure my car stays in top condition. After many years of having my car serviced in Cartersville, we have become good friends as well. Love to see these ladies. Great Dept.

Brian is the Man!

My experience with Pugmire Ford was really good. Everyone was friendly and Brian was great. I have very little knowledge of cars and really only had a basic idea of what I needed/wanted. I was so glad that Brian is a patient man who was willing to talk with me and continue to show me cars until I figured out what was the one for me. Once we found the right car, Brian and the team worked hard to get the price where it would work for my budget.

BE AWARE...be very aware!

First let me say that Mike Schaefer was a nice salesman but then he went on vacation during this ordeal. I am a retired teacher from Bartow County and have lived in Cartersville for over 25 years. The dealing started late Thursday evening and concluded on the following Friday. I was offered the "internet" price Thursday but when I got home I checked the internet price it was considerably lower. In fact the difference was over $3000 over the time of the loan. I called the next morning and Mike got them to redo the loan to the new price before I picked up the car. I appreciated his effort. This was a Friday, on Sunday I noticed the the front two tires were very worn and the back two were new. I called Monday at 10:54 to ask was this normal and what could they do to get me some new tires on the front. The sales manager Ron Sitza called me back at 12:50 and said he would get HIS cost of the tires and let me know. I didn't find out THEIR price until Tuesday at 2:25, only after me trying several times to get an answer. I was told THEIR price was $239 each. They should buy their tires from Walmart. $210.15 and Discount Tire $219 for the same tire. To add to injury, I noticed the windshield was cracked today Tuesday. I took it to Safelite. Know what Safelite asked me? Did you just buy this car? I said yes. He said it had already been patched and that car dealers do this all the time. They had put something on it to hide the crack for it wasn't visible and was in the middle of the wind shield! We has some sprinkles, so I guess that removed the cover. I CANNOT prove the two front tires were new when I first saw the car. They did make me sit for almost 2 hours that Friday morning while they did the paperwork. So, I recommend if you go to this dealership, play CLOSE attention to EVERY detail.
