WB was very responsive and Scott was awesome. Always answered my call and any questions I had. They were very responsive and offered the best price on the vehicle in the Atlanta area. Everything was ready to go when we arrived to the dealership. In and out within an hour. We couldn’t be happier with the service we were given and the vehicle.

Pam and the service techs did a great job of getting me...

Pam and the service techs did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. She kept me advised of the status of my Explorer. The service area was clean and my Explorer was returned to me in the condition that it came into the dealership service area, i.e., no paper mats left in the vehicle and the radio station and the seat position were not changed.

Pat, I did not word my review very well. I am very happy with the service and the fact that I did not have to remove paper mats or put my car back to the way it was. The service techs did a great job of making sure I did not have to put anything back to the way it was. I am very pleased with my treatment at Pugmire. Thanks! Peggy

Top Notch Service

Pam in the Service Department was not only knowledgeable and helpful but super nice. We were in and out in less time than promised. Although, the waiting area was so nice it was almost sad to leave.

Exceptional customer service! Salesman (TJ), worked with my schedule and provided class A service. I talked to probably 7-10 different dealerships, and felt skeptical of all but Pugmire. They have my trust and earned my business. I would definitely buy from Pugmire again!

Exemplary service by Whitney and Team!

After getting the runaround at the Sandy Springs Ford dealership this morning, and told my appointment only got me into the "queue", I called Whitney Bennett at Pugmire, drove from Sandy Springs to Cartersville, had my daughter's car diagnosed and fixed within an hour, and back at my office in East Cobb by 11:00. While a bit inconvenient, the time saved compared to other dealer service centers around the perimeter, it will be worth the drive from this point forward. Call and ask for Whitney - she's the real deal!

JEFF STUBBS IS THE BEST!

Went to Pugmire in Carrollton for an oil change on my 2015 Fusion, left with a new 2018 Ford EcoSport. Jeff Stubbs was a pleasure to work with. This dealership will be my only place to shop for vehicles in the future. Great job Pugmire, keep it up!!!!
