Mike was very knowledgeable explaining the different options with each model. Before leaving with my new Ecosport, Mike explained everything in the car and all controls. I have never had a salesman do this. Great experience

After being told by two other dealers they would call me when parts were available more than a month ago and not having received a call yet I called Pugmire Ford on a friends recommendation. They ordered the recall parts and told me parts should arrive in two weeks or less and they would call to set appointment for installation. This is exactly what they did. I am still waiting for a call from the dealerships in Kennesaw Georgia and Woodstock Georgia .Apparently safety recalls are less important to them.

I had been to a few other metro Atlanta Ford Dealers in search of a 2017 Ford Escape. None of the sales folks could answer even the most basic questions about the car - they simply wanted me to drive the car and hand them a commission check. I then decided to drive out of metro Atlanta to Cartersville. When I went onto the Pugmire website and asked for someone to contact me, Mike Schaefer (my salesperson) called me within 5 minutes (even though it was after hours). Once MIke confirmed that the car that I wanted was still available, I met him at the dealership the next day. He explained all of the car's features in amazing detail and answered every single one of my questions with a thorough explanation. I told Mike what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade-in.
