I purchased a new car about a month ago. Also purchased...

I purchased a new car about a month ago. Also purchased an accessory package that was talked into. A month later, after about 15 phone calls, emails, and voice mails, I have yet to schedule an appointment to have accessories put on or have the paint protection spray applied. I have been promised several times that I would receive a phone call back, including by the owner, but have not been contacted. In addition, the man. Who sold my car to me never answers his phone, and when it goes to voice mail, it says the wrong name. This place seems shady and disconnected to me. They want your money, but not to deliver post-purchase follow-through. Go somewhere else.

Excellent buying process

I highly recommend Bob King Automall. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Al Hallowell(sales rep). Mr. Hallowell went out of his way to answer all my questions and my car was in immaculate condition when I picked it up. Very happy with my car and with the dealership!

The service department at Bob King GMC is top notch. They have a shuttle service that leaves the dealer as early as 7:00 am to get you to work on time. Sometimes, problems require two trips to the dealer, but I do not have a problem with that. That's becasue they always tell me they want to try a certain fix first and for me to bring it back if the problem occurs again. When it occurs again, they fix it more thoroughly, and I am happy. I just like communicating with them. I am never lied to. When they have bad news, they tell me straight up, and we decide what to do about it. I am in the market for a new truck, and it will probably be a GMC, simply because of the service department.

great new car purchasing experience!

Dealing with Bob King GMC was a great new car purchasing experience. I found the Yukon on Cars.com. It had all of the features I wanted except navigation. The service department was able to switch out the stereo for FACTORY nav/stereo thus the exact new car I wanted was born. I worked with Matt Gililland. Matt's communication was excellent and I would recommend asking for him. I never visited the dealership. We were able to process everything remotely and the car was delivered to me today. LOVE my new Yukon from Bob King!!! Thanks Matt!

It wasn't all roses, but we did buy TWO vehicles at one...

It wasn't all roses, but we did buy TWO vehicles at one time from Steve at Bob King. We traded a Chevy Impala, BMW 328i and Dodge Caravan for a brand new Pontiac Montana SV6 and a Pontiac Bonneville. Steve was very kind to understand that our three car payments were a burden -- and to work out the priorities we explained: A new(er) van for my wife and two car payments within a budgeted range. The only negative parts were that Steve first told me about a newer Grand Prix, but someone sold it before we arrived (less than 24 hrs from contact to on-site). I found another Grand Prix, but it didn't meet the budget. I asked Steve to replace the rims on the Bonneville with the rims on GP. At first, he lied and told me they wouldn't fit. When I pushed him, he fessed up and told me that the certification of the GO would have to be redone if they changed the rims. I'm not sure I buy that, but anyway -- I'm pretty happy with the deal and vehicles. They didn't play games and didn't try to hold us there and wear us down. That is a BIG plus in my book, especially because we have three children that can get kinda cranky from sitting in a car dealership too long. I hate that I traded my BMW, but I would do business with Bob King again.
