My son and I walked into Chestatee Ford right as they were closing one night almost the night before Christmas SAL CORNEJO greeted us. He was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. For the 1st time I didn't feel Claustrophobic about being at a car dealership. Sal provided us with us facts that helped us decide what car to purchase. We bought a new 2016 Ford Focus on the spot especially because I wasn't pressured. I really appreciated that. My son enjoys driving his Ford Focus. It's neat features remind me of my Mercedes. The inside of the car is nicer than our other boy's new cars. And the pricing was better too. There is plenty of room for his skis too when he travels. He just folds down the back seat. We had a great experience buying from Chestatee Ford. Our sales consultant, Brent Escoe, was great! We traveled from south of Atlanta to look at a new F150 XLT 4x4 that we had seen on the website. It ended up not being quite what we wanted. Brent listened to all the options we were looking for and said he would check. He came back to say he didn't have the truck on his lot but he found the perfect truck we were looking for on another dealer's lot. He arranged for drivers to pickup from the other dealer and deliver to Chestatee, had it cleaned up and then full explained every feature to us. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He even set up the Sirius radio and synched our phones. We were the first customers there that morning and didn't leave until after dark but left very satisfied. Brent went above and beyond. We love our new truck and highly recommend Chestatee Ford and Brent Escoe to anyone looking for a vehicle.

In October I went to a car sale and found a 2014 Ford Focus. It was not a brand new car, but it was new enough for me. The salesman Brent Escoe was very knowledgeable and explained all the new features in the car. He even set up the Sirius radio for me and sync'd my phone to the car. It has been over 10 years since I had a new car, so a lot has changed. I am happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I had many options when buying my truck. I live near Jacksonville, FL but travel to the Atlanta area for work many times. When buying my truck I was very clear that I had many options however Connie McCool was great to work with and she earned my business with her professionalism and attentiveness. Unlike the many other dealerships I was working with, their sales staff were bothersome and, sorry for the cliche, way too much like a used car salesperson. I was clear with Connie that price was really the only differentiation from one dealership to the next for me and she was able to put together the right financial package for me that made the most sense. She was patient with proper follow up without being obnoxious. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had and I would highly recommend Connie and this dealership.

Great sales person (Brad Minard) worked with us until we found exactly what we wanted. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He made our purchase very easy and was so helpful. He took the time to show us several cars and left us test drive them until we made up our mind. It was a great experience.

The last time I peeled off a "brand new" car sticker was 20 years ago on a Ford F150. I was not even really in the market for a new truck or car, but my wife and I stopped by the dealership late one afternoon on the way to an appointment. Brad Asherbranner came out and greeted me, and then just allowed us to browse. He stood back and was ready to answer any questions I had. We appreciated his respect for our time, so I went back the very next day and test drove one of the new F150's. The next day my wife and I went back and test drove the truck I was most interested in as well as a couple more vehicles. Long story short, I have a spanking new F 150 XLT in my driveway tonight, and I really appreciate the time and effort Brad and the crew at Chestatee Ford put into making sure we got the vehicle that was right for us.
