We were interested in buying a truck and Brad was great! What impressed us the most is that it did not take long from the time we got there to signing the papers. It was such a pleasurable experience and we will definitely refer our family and friends.

I will never go to any other dealership other than Chestatee Ford. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Brad made sure that we found the perfect car for me and my family. If you want the definition of a leap of faith - how about buying a ten year old used car, from three states away, sight unseen, via the internet?. What could have been a recipe for disappointment and disaster Brad Minard and Chestatee Ford made a pleasure. No malarky, no hyperbole, no "Hail Mary" pricing. Excellent, specific, and prompt communication throughout the decision and purchase process. The vehicle is solidly and in every way as nice as described. (I had been actively looking for 4-5 months all across the South, passed on nine similar cars elsewhere, and easily decided after talking to Brad "this is the one, and this is the place." When my wife told Brad I'd be taking the car on a long road trip as soon as it was delivered, he took the initiative to have it thoroughly inspected even though the age precluded it being sold as a Certified vehicle. The Service Dept found one small non-mechanical fix was needed, Chestatee Ford took care of that, plus providing a new battery. That meant a lot to her, no worries about my having to deal with issues that might have popped up on that first road trip. I've come away with a great car at a realistic price. My overall impression is that Chestatee rightfully deserves their good reputation, and that they're indeed in the business for the long haul. You can't fake integrity. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. And...tell Brad "the guy with the silver Magnum" sent you...

Our experience as new customers was very good.. Sales consultant, Sal Cornejo showed us all available vehicles and guided us through the buying process. We would recommend Chestatee Ford.

We saw the truck on the internet. We were going to go to Dahlonega to see it, but Brad was at a credit union car sale. Since we belong to the credit union, we asked if there was any way to get the truck down to Gwinnett County. They said they had a couple interested in it that was going to see it Saturday morning, but would get it down for us if the couple didn't buy it. We got a call the next morning saying the couple had cancelled and the truck would be at the car sale by 10:00 am. We saw it and loved it. By bringing it down to the sale he saved us a trip to Dahlonega and since our credit union was giving an additional quarter percent off the already great interest rate for vehicles bought at the sale, he saved us money on the financing.

I would recommend Chestatee Ford to anyone. This is my first vehicle with them, but I'm sure will not be the last. I recently wrecked my 2004 F150 and because of its safety features and equipment, my son and I are alive to see another day. I thank God for Ford and for the quality that is within its products and with the company's personnel.

Brad M was our salesman and went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was smooth and easy. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and nice. I will use this dealership again in the future for all of our car buying needs. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I recently purchased a Ford Taurus sedan from Chestatee Ford. I had first contacted them by a link from another site on internet. I saw the car and put in an inquiry. Ms. Stephanie J., of Internet Sales @ Chestatee Ford, had an invitation to talk in my email Inbox the very next morning. From that time it was a whirlwind of activity until the Saturday ending the week that my first inquiry about the car had been made. On that Saturday Ms. J. drove the Ford Taurus from Dahlonega, GA. into Atlanta, GA where I live. (about 1.5 hrs; her husband picked her up). We actually did the final paperwork on the hood of the gleaming white Taurus. I am anticipating that the follow-up work by Chestatee Ford will be as efficient as the enterprising Stephanie J. herself is. Thanks to all who had a hand in the sale and transfer of the vehicle!! [Mr. Used Car Lot Manager: I'm glad my car is off your lot so you could take it off your advertising and stop the flood of calls by wonderful folks trying to buy MY Ford!] I do not believe in co-incidences. It was directed that I contact Chestatee Ford and that Ms. Stephanie J. would respond. Once in her capable hands things moved quickly, semi-effortlessly to the goal line! Ms. Stephanie even had written a little note for me of the things I still had left to do to help finish the details of ownership et. al. [I did everything on the note Stephanie !!] The way was made easy. I really can't believe that I bought a car over the internet (though I am not shy about buying a multitude of items over the web.). But Chestatee Ford was set-up to "Make It Happen" and Ms. Stephanie did. [with a little help from moi.]

recently I purchase a ford edge from chestatee ford dealership. my salesman was Brad M....I wish to highly recommend this dealership and this salesman...if you are looking for a new or use vehicle. you will be pleasantly surprise...that they listen and will do everything to get you in that special car...no pressure...very professional.
