I was in the market for a new vehicle but wasnt sure what make and model. Stopped in here just to browse and Steve found the 2013 GMC Sierra for me and I drove it away that day with the lowest APR I have ever had. Just took my daughter there today and she just drove away with a 2015 Chevy Cruze for less than 10k after financing. The team and staff here are pleasant, polite, and very professional. Ive always been intimidated by their high end vehicles across the front of the lot, but now this place will be my first stop when looking for a reliable vehicle. They refuse to sell a sub-par car, truck, or SUV.

Although, we purchased a vehicle elsewhere. When it came to the communication of our Sales person, Matt I have to say his customer service, follow-up and willingness to help my son find a truck was outstanding. We wish we could have bought from him. It just came down to inventory and our time restraints. I wouldn’t think twice to purchase from this dealership and especially our sales person Matt.

I do not like dealing with typical car salesman that play games or smoke & mirrors with cost shifting. I like to know the bottom line without spending hours getting there too. I could tell within the 1st 5 minutes of speaking with Ryan I was dealing with an experienced salesperson who was going to be honest and upfront. I never left my house to make this purchase! Not only did we handle everything over the phone BUT they brought our new vehicle to our home, that same day, we live in New Bern.
