Great Dealership !

This was a easy,great experience at Moore Buick GMC. I dealt with Matt Cisneros on the truck and Paul Henry on the paper work and financing. Both we're very professional, courteous, and friendly. Could not ask for a better experience.

Best experience ever

I absolutely can not say enough about this dealership. I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot and can not be any happier with the car, the salesman and the dealership. After “getting the run around” from other dealerships in my area, it was wonderful to find Moore Buick of Jacksonville. They were professional, genuine, fast and meet my needs as a buyer. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks so much guys!

New GMC Sierra SLT

After looking around for new full size pickups I finally settled on the Sierra as the one that I had wanted. The buying experience was very pleasant, I worked with Matt. He was one of the newer sales guys at the dealership, but easily the best. He is very knowledgeable on the products he is selling and showed me several Sierra’s until we finally tracked down the right one. Long story short I couldn’t be happier! I’m in a new Sierra and love it! The buying process and dealership experience was outstanding! Thank you Matt and the Moore Buick GMC team!

The dealership was very helpful especially since the car I selected previously sold before my return. Made the deal worthwhile and really appreciated all the help from Mr. Ted Azam.

Great all around service

I've always been pleased with the service I've received at Moore Buick GMC. Bought my truck in 2017 from Dimitrius Naylor and he's been a pleasure to deal with ever since. All the folks that work in the service department are professional, courteous, and helpful.

Very nice and no pressure to buy, they are there to help you

I would recommend this place highly if for no other reason than it's about you not the sale. The staff is very friendly and I love my purchase.

oil change / tire rotation

I have purchased three vehicles from TED AZAM AT MOORE BUICK. YOUR SALES AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING. EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO PURCHASE A BUICK ENVISION AND WE WENT TO MOORE BUICK , TED AZEM. ITS THE BEST.

Terrible after sales experience

My after sales experience for a preowned vehicle has been a nightmare and Moore Buick has lost any future business from me. I asked about any warranty work, service, or accidents. I was told nothing of the sort happened to this vehicle. The car infact has 2 engine part critical failures within 300 miles of one another. This information was not provided to me until I found out second hand. I was treated poorly by the sale manager, Ryan, after bringing this up. The GM was not willing to do anything but offer arbitrary services despite his staff dropping the ball. No compensation. Do not buy from here. They will love the money and not care about you afterwards.

Great place purchase vehicle new or used!

This is the second time I’ve made a new GMC truck purchase here and I was really happy how hard my friend Ryan Kephas and the salesman Joe Musulin did on the deal. Mr. Wayne Pohlman, the finance sales manager was kind enough to knock off moore money and lowered my interest rate. Great job gentlemen on this deal and a huge thank to all three that made it happen! That’s why Moore is a highly rated dealership because of their caliber of employees. In my opinion, that’s what makes the dealership so good and why people come from out of town to buy vehicles from Moore Buick GMC. Ask for Ryan Kephas and Joe! Keep destroying the competition Ryan, Joe, and Wayne! You guys make people keep on coming back to purchase here and loyal future customers. And again thank you! Dean
