After coming to Jacksonville in 1989, I bought my first car here at Moore Buick. It was a LaSaber. When I came into the show room in May, I met Blake and I was so impressed. I have never met a more polite sales person that he was. Someone did a great job raising him. He took great care of my husband and me. I was extremely happy with my Envoy, especially the color.

We dealt with Steve Taylor. He was honest, friendly, and professional. He made us change our views on big name brand dealerships. He even let us leave and go check out other dealerships because we wasn't sure on what we wanted, he wasn't pushy on trying to sell us something before we left like other dealerships are. After checking out other dealerships they had the same vehicle we really liked. But he was so nice and down to earth we decided to go back and deal with him. He gave us a good deal. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. If you go there please see Steve, he is the best!

Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by a friendly face followed by questions as to what we were looking for. There was absolutely no pressure to get us into a car. Steve Taylor took time to learn what our needs were in a vehicle and told us the best options for what we were wanting to spend. We then left tell dealership to make sure what we found at Moore was 100% the one for us. Steve even offered to let us drive the vehicle we liked there to the other dealerships! He in no way tried to discourage us looking around before deciding. We ended up going back to Steve Taylor at Moore Buick GMC to purchase our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan! I went in for service on my Chevy, and ended up looking at a new car. As a military family with two kids, about to PCS cross country, with a husband deployed, I was a bit hesitant to look at a new vehicle by myself. The dealership was patient, catered to our time frame, desired vehicle specs, and helped us to get the best possible deal for our Chevy trade in and with our budget. They also were fantastic and patient with my rambunctious kiddos! We love our new GMC Acadia. It is so spacious, driving is so smooth that it feels like you're floating on air and the gas mileage is great. I recommend this dealership not just for sales but also for service. I am giving this rating because it was an easy process and didn’t take very long at all. Not to mention that we got a really good deal on a 2019 GMC Sierra. I love my truck and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
