My vehicle broke down on my way from bowling Green ky.

My vehicle broke down on my way from bowling Green ky. I had to have my truck towed to Bentley Buick gmc. I called hector at the location 7:15 am and by 9:30 am he returned call telling me my vehicle was repaired. I was so shocked that quick that he got my truck in and repaired it. He was very nice and considerate . I had never experienced great service before in my life with car issues. I would highly recommend his team to anyone. Thanks to the team at Bentley Buick gmc dealership. They the greatest. God has angels in all places.

I need help and there is none to be had.

My truck has been at their dealership for weeks after breaking down in a state where I do not live. They have not communicated with me for weeks; not even to tell me what the problem is. I have repeatedly called and am constantly being ignored and lied to. I do not recommend this dealership and if any managers see this please look at how horrible your service, department is

Kenneth LaPierre was great!

Kenneth LaPierre was great! Not your usual car salesman. No pressure. Just went to look at a truck we saw online and bought it. We got more for our trade than we expected. Kenny was very friendly. Great customer service. All support personnel were very nice. Will recommend to others.

Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation.

Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Failed to return wheel lock socket. Left 5 voicemails… Called my sales person. Service advisor called and said the tech is sure he put it in the car. Not in car. Said they would order new one…

Nicholas Chapman is a honest and super dependable product knowledge specialist. I truly recommend Mr.Chapman if you need a vehicle or have questions. He is attentive and listens, not just trying to sell a car. He built a friendly conversation and was a devoted to my needs and wants.

Very pleasant experience dealing with Geoff, my service advisor! Geoff was very helpful, and knowledgeable, and very professional, and I could not be more pleased. Got my Cadillac fixed quicker than expected. Service was accomplished in a competent and timely manner. Will bring my SUV in for any services needed! Thank you so much!

I PURCHASED A 2017 BUICK ENVISION WITH A LITTLE OVER...

I PURCHASED A 2017 BUICK ENVISION WITH A LITTLE OVER 6500 MILES ON IT IN OCTOBER OF 2020. THE MIRROR WAS BROKEN ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND THE SALESMAN, KENNETH R. LAPIERRE, AND HIS BOSS ASSURED US THEY WOULD BRING US A MIRROR TO REPLACE THE BROKEN ONE AT NO COST - EVEN SAID THEY WOULD BRING IT OUT TO MY HOUSE TO INSTALL IT. MY MIRROR IS STILL BROKEN. WE HAVE MADE 2 TRIPS DOWN THERE AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A EXCUSE OF SOME KIND AS TO WHY THEY HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT MIRROR. IT ALSO HAS A "GAS SAVER" FEATURE THEY DID NOT TELL US ABOUT (FEELS LIKE IT IS GOING DEAD WHEN YOU STOP). WE INQUIRED ABOUT HAVING THAT FEATURE REMOVED AND THEY TELL US IT CANNOT BE REMOVED ON THE 2017 BUICKS. I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR OLDER CUSTOMERS.

2021 GMC Sierra Crew cab Duramax 3.0L diesel.

I've owned my 2021 GMC Sierra Crew cab. w/ Turbo Duramax 3.0L in line 6 engine. for 4 months and already problems. Last week it over heated on a trip to Tuscaloosa, Al. Air conditioner automatically turned off. Today it is cold and the heater does not work. This will be the first and last Diesel I will ever own. I do not trust it to take a long trip. The 5.3 Gas engine in my last truck went on many trips without a hitch. I do not recommend a diesel. There are other issues I have not mentioned. Like the engine continually running after the engine is turned off. It does not achieve the diesel mileage advertised either.
