Casey Boardman and Justan Banks were great super helpful friendly and knowledgeable. We told what we were interested in and they made it happen without and hard sell or pressure. Really enjoyed the experience and right now can’t imagine going anywhere else for our next car purchase

Excellent weekend service manager
Took my SUV to have the oil changed on Saturday. The weekend service manager is excellent. Will be having my regular service appointments on Saturday from now on.

Bentley Service Refused to Honor Their Own Coupon
Went into Bentley GMC to have my oil changed today. Told my "Advisor" I wanted the $89.95 Mobile 1 Full Synthetic Oil Change with Tire Rotation Coupon Deal for 88.95, My "Advisor" said Okay it'll be about an hour. After the work was complete I was shocked to get a bill for 132.68! What! My "Advisor" stated that Mobile 1 oil was not included in the Coupon, although the web site Coupon is named the Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Coupon. What a ripoff, Bate and Switch at its finest. Not to mention from the butning oil smell coming from my truck now, they must have poured half of the oil on the engine block. Needless to say I will not be getting service from Bentley GMC in Huntlville again.

$89.95 *-Quart Oil Change Coupon Not Honored

Service without appointment
At the last minute I swung by the dealership to get air in tires. While I was at it, I noticed I had 15% oil life remaining, so asked if I could also get an oil change. It was already afternoon, so when he said they could if I was willing to wait until close to closing time, I agreed.
