Came in to purchase a 2019 Cadillac no one was in the lobby. Finally someone walks through I spoke and said hi. She looked at me and kept walking. I walked out, took a look at the car and as I was leaving someone came outside asked if they could help me I said no I'll go somewhere else. When someone shows you who they are believe them. They showed me who they are when I walked in and spoke and the lady just looked at me and kept walking. There are to many places that sell cars to be treated like this. Spend your money where you're appreciated.

Process to purchase was very time consuming ...had to come back 3 times to complete sale ...finance person didn’t want me to drive car home until he had a check in hand ..since I didn’t use their financing
