Overall okay
After dealing with a lady on the phone who did not offer me a courtesy car, I finally got her to agree to one because with my work schedule (being a teacher) I wouldn't be able to drop my ATS off until late. I was fine with the drop of and courtesy Car, but I was not happy that my car was in there for a week to fix the pinstripe and oil change. They did check out my smelly A/C, but a week for a days worth of work?? I had to call each afternoon before leaving work in NLR to check on the status of my car. I live in Cabot and driving to WLR is out of the way without having some type of information. My service advisor only called me once...when they wanted me to pick up my car. I also had to speak to another service advisor about the work done on my car, because my advisor was not around. Overall, I wasn't too happy. Parker needs to step it up because I expect perfect service when paying that much for a car. This was not that first time that I was not 110% satisfied.

Purchase of a new car
We did enjoy our car shopping at both Parker Lexus with Ashley. She was a wealth of information on any question we had and we would surely mention her to anyone we know that wants to shop for a Lexus. We then came to your Cadillac lot and sales consultant Jim McDermott was most kind and also answered all questions we had and encouraged us to drive several models and we decided the CTS was more in line for what we needed. Eddie certainly did enjoy seeing Rick and Dave Parker along with several others that he worked with when he was employed at Parker. The overall experience was fun and we appreciate the genuine feeling of being with family. We will be back again. we love the CTS!
