Nice place to do business.

This was our first time to take a vehicle to Parker Cadillac for service. Took it in for an oil change and recall on a seat adjustment problem. Was very pleased with the service and the friendly personnel. Actually decided to price new tires while we were there and were surprised to learn that we could buy them from the dealer and save some money. Great experience..all around.

Priorty Customer

I was provided professional assistance in an user friendly manner, useful information, a number of options and adequate time for me to make decision. The salesman, Jeff Thornton, has kept in touch with me so I was very comfortable in making this purchase. I was afforded numerous courtesies by the finance office as well as Mr. Dave Parker.

It was easy, I made the appointment and you all called me and ask me to delay my appointment which I was glad to do. when I arrived for the reset appointment, I was met checked in and in 90 minutes, the car was ready with a fresh wash and off I went. Great service.
