Great service with great emplyees

As always it is a pleasure to do business with Parker. I love that the employees and the shop are always so neat in appearance. The shop is as well kept as the showroom. The employees are so friendly and helpful.

disappointed in attitude towards new service customer

Very unprofessional service manager, demeaning and condescending. The service manager's attitude towards me was incredibly insulting and wasn't interested in assisting me. I won't be returning.

Melv_88 arrived on our service drive in a BMW with a tire pressure monitor concern. As we are a Cadillac dealer our service advisor explained that we have no data, tools or scanners that would interface with the BMW to diagnose or repair the vehicle. I was asked to speak to Melv_88 and reiterated that we were not equipped to service the BMW vehicle. I also explained that the BMW dealer was (1) block to our south and they would be equipped to assist him. Unfortunately the customer just couldn't comprehend why a Cadillac dealer wasn't equipped to service his BMW.

Very good service.

Robert explained the problem,very expensive for fairly new car. We needed it in short time. He expedited the replacement motor and had installed by the time we had to have it. While I am unhappy about the cost and the fact that it "shorted out" and cost $1000.00, l am very pleased with the service Robert and Parker provided. Would like to know why it quit and something like a seat motor wouldn't be covered under a longer warranty? ]p The vehicle has only 42000 miles.

Great Service

My car was serviced much faster than I thought it would be. All personnel were very nice and friendly. Will never take my SRX to anyone else.

Great services and facilities.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and eager to assist in any way. I live two hours away and they always offer me a courtesy vehicle. The dealership has the nicest, cleanest, and most attractive service department and customer waiting area. I really enjoy my encounters with everyone at Parker Cadillac!

The Complete Service Experience

I was very impressed with the service I received at Parker Cadillac and it all started the moment I pulled my ATS in to the service area. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facilities were. Then I soon picked up on the number of staff in the area and how professional they were in dress and communication. My service manager was very thorough in the questions he asked about my vehicle. He then openly shared that the work they'd be doing was all covered by my warranty. I received clear information in regards to the estimated time it would take to complete the work and offered a ride to my office. I took them up on the offer. The courtesy driver was very kind and pleasant to talk to. He was happy to be an employee of Parker and spoke highly of the organization. When my vehicle was ready I received a call as to be expected. But when I got back I found something that I didn't expect...While I was visiting with the Service Manager someone was notified to pull my car up. Someone walked me to my car and made me aware that they had cooled it off for me. As I was getting in, I realized it had been vacuumed and that a small gift was left in my passenger seat. Thanks for the total service experience Parker Cadillac...and the cookies.
