I am a senior person and require some additional help....

I am a senior person and require some additional help. David was very helpful . He is a plus to the dealership. Parker provided transportation to and from so that I would be able to wait at home during the servicing I will definitely recommend Parker Cadillac hereafter. Everyone there is super nice!👏

I recently purchased a 2022 Cadillac XT6 from Parker Cadillac in Little Rock. Josh and his team made the transaction flawless and pleasurable. These folks treated me like family and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. I feel like I could call on any of these folks in the future if I have any needs. Steve M in service had my option purchases installed smoothly and efficiently so I could get my new ride on the road ASAP. Thanks for a wonderfull experience!

Dishonest and deceitful. Unprofessional and rude

Sales staff was friendly and easy to work with. However, this dealership KNOWINGLY sold me a vehicle that was in need of thousands of dollars worth of repairs, none of which are covered by their warranty. I feel incredibly taken advantage of and would not recommend purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership.

Hello Mr. Hunter! After receiving your review we researched your concerns and found the following, based on the conversation you had with our service representative: You have an appointment scheduled for Monday, October 25th at 7:30AM to address your vehicle concerns. There was no discussion about scheduling two weeks from the date of your call, which was on October 20, 2021. Your vehicle, which you have driven approximately 4,000 miles since purchase, still has in place Cadillac Certified Pre-owned warranty, as well as the added coverage you opted to take advantage of at the time you purchased the vehicle. There also wasn't any discussion in the call with our service agent regarding whether or not your concern would be a covered repair. The vehicle would need to be properly diagnosed prior to making any warranty coverage decision. Our goal is to provide service to our customers as quickly as possible, and with a full measure of professionalism and courtesy. We look forward to seeing you on Monday!
