Parker is always so easy to deal with. I really appreciate the fact that the sales force is stable. It was extra nice to be able to deal with Jim McDermott for both by 2011 and 2016 autos.

I was completely satisfied with the service dept at Parker Cadicallac. They were most courteous, prompt and thorough. I could not ask for a better team to work with. Their communication was wonderful. I hope to work with them with my new 2016 Escalade I just purchased yesterday.
