An above and beyond car buying experience.
Many thanks to the team at Mtn View Chevy, especially to Ric Clinton, who helped me get into my new 2015 Z71 Colorado at a great deal. The entire staff here worked harder than I've ever seen a car dealership work before. As soon as I walked onto the lot late one evening and met Ric who was super friendly, Ric asked how he could help me. When I told him I was interested in the 2015 Z71 Colorado he went over every detail about the truck from top to bottom and let me test drive the truck. Ric was knowledgeable about the vehicles, features, pros & cons, etc. and took the time to answer my questions and evaluate my options. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend him to others. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership that I would ever have to come back and talk with in case I had any problems with the truck. I could tell that he did not want me to leave the lot without knowing everything there was to know about my new truck, and he also offered his contact information in case I had any questions after I left. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will definitely refer my friends and family to Ric and Mountain View Chevy for their future car purchases.

EXEPTLIARY
WE HAD A 2014 FORD ESCAPE AND NEEDED SOME WARRANTY WORK DONE ON IT. WE TOOK IT TO THE OTHER FORD DEALERSHIP NORTH OF THE RIVER AND WERE TOLD MORE THAN ONCE THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG. NOT ONLY THAT, WHILE THEY KEPT MY WIFE'S CAR FOR SEVERAL DAYS, THEY OFFERED NO LOANER. THIS ALONE DID NOT SIT VERY WELL. I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG SINCE I HAD ALREADY READ THE CODE AND HAD IT CONFIRMED AT AUTO ZONE. MY WIFE WAS AFRAID TO DRIVE IT IN IT'S CURRENT CONDITION. WE DECIDED TO GIVE MOUNTAIN VIEW FORD A TRY. THEY TOOK THE CAR IN AND TOLD HER THEY WOULD HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. THEY GAVE HER A HER A NEW LINCOLN SUV AS A LOANER. THEY FIXED THE CAR--ENOUGH SAID ABOUT THAT. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER WE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THEM OFFERING TO PURCHASE THE CAR. MY WIFE WANTED IT GONE SO I TOLD HER TO TAKE THE LETTER AND SEE WHAT THEY OFFERED. THEY OFFERED MORE THAN A COMPETITOR HAD ALREADY OFFERED AND I TOLD HER TO DELL IT. THEN WITH MONEY IN HAND, WE STARTED LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT. WE VISITED SEVERAL DEALERS AND LOTS AROUND TOWN AND EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN WE WANTED TO PAY FOR WHAT WE WOULD GET. MY WIFE HEARD AN AD ABOUT DEMO CHEVY EQUINOX'S ON SALE A MOUNTAIN VIEW CHEVROLET. WE DROVE ONE BUT IT DID NOT HAVE THE OPTIONS WE WANTED. ONE OF THE OTHER SALESMAN, WE WERE WORKING WITH JOHN SPENCER, POINTED OUT A USED EQUINOX THAT HAD JUST COME BACK FROM THE DETAIL SHOP. IT HAD EVERYTHING ON IT WE WANTED. WE DROVE IT AND MY WIFE LIKED IT. TO SHORTEN THIS STORY, WE BOUGHT IT AT A VERY REASONABLE NEGOTIATED PRICE AND TOOK IT HOME THAT VERY DAY. SEAN STANDIFER IS THE FINANCE GENTLEMAN AND HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE THIS TRANSACTION SMOOTH AS SILK. ALL IN ALL, THE WARRANTY WORK AND THE BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH THE MOUNTAIN VIEW FORD AND CHEVROLET DEALERSHIPS.

Great service
I had a Chevrolet Sonic that I took in for a new battery and was looking at SUV's because I have 2 grandchildren that are with me quite often but ended up getting a 2014 Malibu. I love the car and am very happy with my experience

2 of my 3 vehicles for service at the same time
My 2014 traverse has been in twice for the same problem. Malfunction in the radio. The only difference this time is the floor board under the gas petal was wet. My phone pairs then says my car is off when I'm in it. Both times they say no problem. They still have it. But I brought a video this time to prove there is a problem. Strangely my daughters car 2014 Cruze has the same problem. They say hers is fixed with a negative battery cable. Even her air wouldn't turn up or down. We also had to bring a video to prove there was a problem. Because they check the cars and say no problem. We are not making this up and I am disappointed with their reaction. The best part is Chris Morgan our salesman has tried to get this resolved for us. Even went to the back to observe for us. He has kept open communication the entire time for that we are very happy with.

Bad Vehicles
I bought a 2015 chevy cruze, the a/c WOULD NOT keep the sweat off me and the dealership said. there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I had multiple resources that said they were wrong. They ha the car a week and didn't find a problem. The service center said the sonic and spark have the worst a/c. There are very big problems with those two and you can google. Them DONT GO HERE OR BUY HERE
