Ben Taylor was my sales rep and not only was he

Ben Taylor was my sales rep and not only was he professional he was also efficient and cognizant of my time. This may have been the second vehicle I’ve purchased but it certainly won’t be my last! Highly recommend.

Service advisor, Jeff, was great.

Service advisor, Jeff, was great. He kept me informed along the way and made sure my vehicle was in the shop on time. The service quality at MTN View Chevy was outstanding. They performed the requested service and answered my questions on additional services I’d like to do in the future and set expectations on what that timing would be.

Ben Taylor was the best sales person! He wasn’t pushy and easy to deal with! I needed some paperwork after the sale he made sure I received it! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The final price was more than I was told and it took

The final price was more than I was told and it took longer than expected. While this is not a big deal this was not communicated until after I contacted the dealership. The car is running fine but the same warning lights are still appearing.

Hi J. Finch, Thank you for bringing this to our attention — I’ve reviewed your repair order personally. It appears the labor time on your visit was adjusted slightly from the original quote (2.6 hours) to the final charge (3.0 hours). That’s on us for not communicating it more clearly, and we’ll be happy to make that right for you. Regarding the warning messages, your vehicle still shows two active wheel-speed sensor codes. After replacing the electronic brake control module (EBCM), those sensors were tested and found to be aftermarket parts. We provided an estimate to replace them with OEM sensors, but that repair was declined at the time.
