Always a Pleasure

This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Don Chalmers Ford. We've NEVER been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I won't shop for vehicles anywhere else. We've been with Don Chalmers for 14 years. On a side note, their Quicklane service centers are excellent as well.

We were very pleased with the way we were treated by our sales representative John Fife. He was very helpful in our purchase of the Mustang we were looking for. James was extremely professional and explained in detail the work that was done and explained also about some work my vehichle needed. He provided me with excellent service and will definitely book him again and highly recommend him to others as well.

Excellent buying experience for new F-150 super cab.

Excellent experience with sales person, Aaron Pyne, who met all of my time demands and answered all of my questions honestly and with integrity. Bought a new F-150 super cab and Aaron very ably explained the features of the FF-150.

Good experience..

Service tech was good to his word. He got me in at the appointed time and my truck was ready when he said it would be. My only problem was the loaner they provided. It was a tiny thing that was hard to get in and out of and made me feel closed in.

Timely and professional service

I brought my car in for an issue related to the TCM that caused the check engine light to come on. The next day, the check engine light went off before I dropped the car off. Even without the light, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it instead of telling me that nothing could be done.

problem with cutting out while accelerating

Keven turned me over to one of the more experienced mechanics and he knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. They provided me with a loner car because they had to retrieve a trottle body.
