Ripoff service
Complete garbage service. I took my ford edge to get the mysync looked at. These rude , incompetent, and criminal losers charged me 100 dollars to tell me I need a part that is 800 dollars and a new deck. I just replaced the fuse now and it works. These criminal dishonest bums srole 100 from me and were too stupid to change the fuse. Don Chalmers ford service is a criminal, dishonest group or thieves. They are riude and incompetent!. Avoid this dump at all costs.

My daughter's first car!
From beginning to end, the experience was great! We were a little confused as to how to get into the dealership at first but figured out we couldn't actually drive onto the lot. I usually hate dealing with sales and try to avoid salesman at all costs, but Bruce made us feel at ease with no pressure at all. Bruce took the time to help us find exactly what my daughter was looking for and even let us take the car to lunch, which sealed the deal for us! It's not often you meet a genuine salesman, which is definitely Bruce's character. The entire process did not take very long. John, the security guard was fun and really kind. Ryan, in insurance, took the time to explain insurance requirements to myself and my daughter. Greg, in finance, was very efficient and speedy. I expected that process to take the longest! Due to a divorce, my credit is subprime and no one ever made me feel less because of that. All of the guys in detail did an amazing job at making the car look brand new! Bruce even jumped in to help make the car look spotless. We will definitely recommend this dealership and staff to our friends and family!

I got a good deal
Curtis McBeth, my sales rep, was very professional and an all around good guy. He helped me when I encountered an issue with my new truck after purchasing and resolved it to my total satisfaction. Jackie Sidden, what can I say but that she's great at what she does. Always smiling and eager to help you understand the piles of paperwork that is part of buying a new vehicle. Mike McCracken took care of me when I added some additional accessories to my new truck. He kept to his promised completion time and even provided a loaner car while the work was being performed. Buying a new vehicle is a healthy investment for anyone and the people at Don Chalmers understand this. I was treated with dignity and respect. A good deal to me is not only the price you pay but also how one is treated in the buying process. So with that said, I got a good deal!

Purchasing a vehicle
I am a long time automobile dealership employee myself and have been retired for awhile. I dreaded going in and purchasing a vehicle as I did not want to sit and go back and forth and haggle so much. The staff (Ken Willard) and (Ace Cooley) were great. I know Ace and his family from being in business so long, he was out of office on vacation and he responded to me by having his manager call me personally, we went in and asked for his manager and he set us up with Ken Willard who was very nice and knowledgeable. He had allot to deal with (ME) but took it all well and got us in and out as quick as possible (It does take time to make the second largest purchase in your life). Thank you Ken for your hard work on making sure we were happy with our service. Will send you some more business for sure.

oil change on 250 diesel
Always great service here, have been bringing my truck since purchased in 2012 and never had a problem and a good price too. We take our explorer here also after a bad experience at another dealership in town.

Best Experience Ever With Purchasing a Vehicle
I walked into Don Chalmers Ford a bit hesitant and uneasy about purchasing a vehicle. Glenn Aldrich, who was recommended to me, took those feelings of hesitancy and uneasiness away by providing a comfortable (not pressured) and pleasant buying experience. Glenn was knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained the specifics to me. As I was referred to the Parts and Finance Department, he was right there with me to ensure I understood the additional items I was purchasing along with the agreement. I would highly recommend Glenn for your next vehicle purchase. This was by far, the best experience ever with purchasing a vehicle.

Oil changes and transmission flush
I own a Lincoln and the service James Cordova gave us was Excellent. It was right up there with the service I have received from any other expensive service we have received in the past. The customer service A- plus and very very reasonable in price for the service we had done. I will continue to have them service my vehicle. Thank you James and your service providers!!!
