Superior and Professional
Brucelee Romero was extremely helpful. My wife and I did not feel preasured to make a purchase. He was very patient and answered all our questions and met all our needs. Our son who ordered the new Ford F-150 Platinum last year recommended Brucelee and also said he was helpful and professional. Could not be more happier. Brucelee is not on the select sales employee list. Basil in accounting was also very polite and helpful. Both of these employees seem to be dedicated and are happy, which is hard to find these days!!!

Excellent Customer Service
A few months ago, I purchased a used 2013 Ford C-Max from another dealership, and the salesmen that assisted me seemed to not know a single thing about the car and it was a little upsetting. Further down the line, problem after problem arose with the car and I was getting fed up. A friend of mine recommended I go to Don Chalmers Ford and they can be able to help me-Lets just say I was blown away by ALL the staff at the dealership, especially down in service and delivery! They made sure everything I needed was taken care of before I left and ever since, I haven't had any problems! I definitely recommend DCF to anyone looking to buy a car, new or used! I wish I would have purchased my car there.

Great service from Ricky Phan and Rich Mummey for the new tires & wiper blades. Made my wife's ride so much more safe. They should call it the Safe Lane!

Service issues that never were resolved
I have loved Chalmers, heck years ago I worked there. The service department has made me lose faith in fords altogether. I have a 2013 F250 platinum diesel. They were amazing replacing the turbo and the valves and then they seemed to get upset each time I would drive in. The truck has had a regeneration issue for awhile and I have been told it's bad gas, needs an additive and that it's fine. I drive out to see my son prior to his deployment and 100 miles from ft hood my check engine light goes on. I drive straight to a ford dealership and call my service advisor. It's the egr valve. Shocker, same exhaust issue I have been saying needs to be addressed! They don't have the part so my already short trip is cut even shorter to break up the drive and not get stranded on the side of the road with two young girls. No call back from my advisor still to even apologize or acknowledge that it was actually an issue! The time I missed with my son is irreplaceable and this tuck will get its service at power ford from now on. I'm angry and disappointed! This expensive truck spent two weeks with them last month and should have been road worthy.

The best dealership regardless the make of the ve
One of the first things I noticed about Don Chalmers Ford were the employees. They are happy. Happy people do good work. I have been going to Don Chalmers since 2010 the atmosphere is great. Everyone is nice, helpful because they care. I would like to recognize a few names who just helped me with my new 2016 Ford Escape. Those are Nora Rashid, Matt Martin, Chris who helped me setup my phone, Mike McCracken and although I didn't see her today, the finest service manager ever, Diana Treat. These are just some of the folks I've worked with in the past 4 days. If they have a grouch in my 6 years I've never seen it. Do yourself a favor and go to the best first. Don Chalmers Ford has no equal!

Ford provided a great vechile at a ok price.
Purchase a special order 4cyl Mustang Convertible Premium. Pros: > Nice car.. has met all of our expectations (had vehicle for 45days) > Expected price.. X-plan. No haggling. Price from dealership matched on-line expected price > Knowledgeable and helpful sales person - Brucelee Romero. I give Don Chalmers a 5-star for this reason. He was nice/ kind to my wife (it was her B-day gift) > Don Chalmers/ Allstate contacted by insurance directly to addon vehicle. Nice to have Allstate office local/ in-dealership. Cons: > There was some pressure for nearly $1000 of add-ons from financial guy. But he was quick to remove the items when requested with no arguments.. > Still waiting on the license (been 45days). Took a few weeks to cash checks. > None of the sales folks new about 6cyl convertible. Although they are rare and looks like big Ford is phasing them out.
