I called in to get my car in for the recall I received and my service advice was Trent Durham and I was treated like family. I got in right away and they got it done in a record time. I have been with Don Charmers since 2000 and I will keep coming back. I will never go to another dealer for my service. I live in Peralta down by Los Lunas,it is a way to drive. They are the greatest dealership. They don't cheat you they are truthful.

I've taken our vehicles to Chalmers since 2000. Overall I have been pleasantly pleased with the service and the way they stand behind their work. However on my most recent visit at the Quick Lane the mechanic recommended services for my vehicle. This was then relayed to me by the service advisor. One such recommendation was for a change of plugs. I told the service representative I thought it had been done around 60K miles. They also recommended a fuel filter and injector cleaning. All of these items were replaced or taken care of well within the recommended time/mileage changes. They did not need servicing. If the mechanic or service advisor had checked, they would not be recommending maintenance that was not necessary at this time. Even after I hinted to the service advisor that I thought the plugs had been changed within the mileage requirement, he did not go back and verify in their system. All my work had been done by Chalmers, so they have a complete record. When I got home I verified that the work was current by checking my maintenance log.

Salesman David Piazza did a great job. My wife and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Jackie, who did the paperwork was a pleasure to deal with. She knew we were short on time because of a Dr. appointment and she accommodated us well. Johnathan went over the car with us before driving away. He did a good job and knew his job well. It was a pleasure to deal with these three Chalmers employees.
