Great and Fast service!!

Five Stars! Because of the quick service and awesome environment. Very respectful people and no problems with anything! Everyone introduced themselves and made sure my time there was quick and enjoyable!

Amazing Dealership

I checked out several local dealerships before I found a good fit with Don Chalmers I really appreciate this dealership. The people are great to work with and the service is first-rate. Trent Durham has been my service advisor. He explains things well and is very accommodating. I also worked with Jackie Sidden who was also a pleasure to work with. I did not buy my C-Max at this dealership but I will be purchasing future vehicles here because of the quality service and people.

The best service I have ever had!

Excellent customer service

It was so very easy to make an appointment to have both our 2014 escape and 2016 explorer serviced. The appointment time was met and the service was performed and reviewed as we expected.

Car Purchase

After having bad experience with (FORD MOTOR CREDIT) few years back, we decided to go back and purchase a FORD FUSION and dealing with our sales person GEARY KRONTZ, He actually made us forget the bad nightmare we had with ford motor credit. Geary is the most professional and honest sales person that we had dealt in ford and all other car dealers, He's the most patience person when it comes to listening about your needs. We are very HAPPY with our purchase. He was actually with us from start to finish and all was done is one single afternoon, we had talked to Geary about our expectations on the car we wanted to purchase the day before, and He called the next day he had the car waiting for us and it was exactly what we wanted from to color to the details in the interior. We HIGHLY Recommend Geary He is on the Don Chalmers outlet 1400 Rio Rancho Blvd He will actually help you with New or Use vehicles.

Glenn Aldrich was great!

Glenn Aldrich walked us through the process of choosing our new Ford Escape. He was very attentive and found the SUV that fit our criteria. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured by him. We would definitely purchase our next car from him.

Best Service Center in the Albuquerque Area

We drive 30 miles to get our Fords serviced at Don Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho. Diana Treat is our service manager and she has always given 4-star service, but so have all the employees in the service department even holding my dog for me. A great bunch!

emissions test

Dropped by Don Chalmers Ford Quality Care Center, was taken in for an emissions test and was out in less than an hour. always take my vehicles to Don Chalmers ford for all services. Great team to work with.

When I called Jeremiah told me there would be a 1 1/2 hour wait and 1 hour for service. From the time I arrived it was only two hours. The crew was courteous, efficient, and helpful. Thanks
