Exceptional Service

I have been a regular customer at Chalmers since I purchased a T-Bird there in 2004. I am always impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of all the service and sales staff. They never make me feel rushed and always take the time to answer my questions and concerns.

Not many options

I was looking for a used truck and they had few to offer and didn't seem interested in looking into anything for me

Repair

I had my car repaired by Don Chalmers and my Service Advisor was Mr. Trent Durham. It was a great experience, Mr. Durham kept me informed at all times on what repairs were needed and when they would be done, he was very professional and knowledgeable.

No Pressure Purchase

It was a pleasure to purchase a new vehicle at Don Chalmers. Glenn Aldrich was extremely patient with no pressure on sales, John Navelli was very kind and through on financing, and Mike McCracken was awesome with add on parts and knew exactly what we needed to make it more enjoyable to own the vehicle.

Buying a new truck in. Albuquerque

I recently purchased a new 1/2 T truck at Don Chalmers Ford. I had done some preliminary research on the Internet, tried out about 6-8 different vehicles, and after several follow up emails and calls from Glenn Aldrich at Don Chalmers Ford, I drove the 45 miles to look at several vehicles he had surfaced out of their inventory. The entire experience was pleasant and conducted with consumant professionalism; often, when entering an automobile dealership, one feels like the main course at a piranha banquet. None of that occurred with Glenn---he scoped out my preferences, looked over offers I had from other dealers, and made me a good deal on the unit I had selected, and I went home to think about it. They gave me the vehicle overnight to test drive; I returned the following day and we finalized the deal. There has been excellent follow up and turn around on final set up details. All in all, a pleasant experience. I'm very pleased, with my new truck, with Glenn Aldrich, and Don Chalmers Ford!

Good service, good dealership

Brought my Escape in for the door latch recall work & an oil change. Although I ended up having to leave it overnight, Trent Dunham kept me advised on the status & let me know as soon as it was ready to go. I've always been very satisfied when dealing with Chalmer's Ford.

Mr. Trent Durham explained the process and provided information so I was aware of the situation regarding my vehicle. There were no surprises, whether good news or bad news, Mr. Durham returned all of my phone calls, emails and text messages. Even though he was very busy he was always professional, courteous and concerned about customer service.
