Took care of issues
This was the 3rd time in for the sun room. The first time it would not open. A repeat issue from a year ago. This time they replaced the whole sunroof. The first time we opened it, two of the rubber molding strips fell off. They had to order the parts and finally the sunroof works. They stood behind their work and took care of the issues. We also had some other minor work taken care of. My main complaint is that they never seem to have parts, they have to order the parts and for insurance warranty work, it seems to take a long time to get a reply from the insurance company. We have purchased two new vehicles from them and have all our maintenance done with Chalmers. Overall we are very pleased with them and their work.

I have never a dealership pride themselves in trust and honesty like Don Chalmers Ford does. they are the good guys and will take care of you like NO ONE else will. Thank you for that! Easy Peasy
John Fife has sold us many vehicles over the 30 years we have known him, so when we were stumped about the truck we needed that would meet our current needs we called him. He did the research to find a vehicle that would meet our needs and gave us the info needed to search their website to find the vehicle we wanted. We let him know the vehicles we were interested in, made an appointment and drove our new vehicle home within a few hours. We live in Elephant Butte, NM so the fact that this transaction could be done in a few hours was a major plus in our book. But there were several people with which we interacted in this process that made it seamless. The insurance ladies, sorry I can't remember all your names, Jackie and Nora from finance made that part of the transaction go smoothly and the delivery was great under Mitchell's tutelage. Thank you John Fife for smoothing the the way.

Lost a Chance to Make a Deal With Us
We went in on a rainy day to buy a truck and were immediately told by our salesperson that she was not going to get wet because she had someplace to be that evening. That was just the beginning. She kept us waiting for at least 30 min. while she searched for the exact truck we were looking for. When she returned she told us it was at another dealership and since Chalmers was closed on Sundays, we should just go over there and deal with the other dealer. She said she couldn't give us more information on the value of our truck and should just go over there. Needless to say, an hour later we left very unsatisfied with her, but we did go to the other dealer and they went above and beyond to get us into exactly what we were looking for, and gave us what we were asking for in our trade in and our payments. Too bad Michell, you lost out on that one.
