Integrity and customer service are what they are all about!
I brought my car in for service and had a small issue with the work that was done. I brought it to Chad the service managers attention and was amazed by the response I got. Not only did he genuinely care about my concerns but he really dug into my case. He even found and corrected some internal procedures in the service department to prevent future issues for other customers. Things happen and it is all about how a company deals with them. The customer service and integrity at Don Chalmers was refreshing and wonderful to see and should be a benchmark for all customer service based businesses. They did not give me excuses or empty apologies, they took action and made it right. I put my family in my vehicles every day and there is not another dealer I would trust with their safety more than Don Chalmers.

Great Service at Don Chalmers
Recently my truck engine was sounding really bad. I barely got to the dealership in it. When I got there I was greeted by James. He sent for a shuttle to get me to work. Later that morning he called with the bad news about my truck engine. He had Alfred look at it for a trade in. The truck was not worth anything without the engine running. Alfred found me a F-150 that I fell in love with! Alfred worked with me all week. I really like the no pressure service at Don Chalmers. Alfred answered so many questions for me and was always there to help. John and I sat down to do all the paperwork which was huge but he made it a pleasant undertaking. He told me to never hesitate to call him with any questions. After several days I was driving home in that F-150. The girls at the front desk were always there to greet me with a smile, "Welcome to Don Chalmers and how can we help you?" I cannot forget Mike that walked me through how to work everything on the truck. The day after I bought the truck my 'low pressure tire light' came on. Just as everyone told me, I went to the service department. The tires were checked and I was on my way. Everyone in the service department was nice and helpful. I was made comfortable in the waiting area and offered water, coffee, popcorn and ice cream! Thank you so much for always being there for me at Don Chalmers! Sarah K. McHaffie

over steering problem
I have an 01 & 08 Expedition. The 2001 was over steering after converting to coil springs from air bag suspension. James Cordova (service rep) did an excellent job of explaining the problem and the required fix that I approved. I've been using Don Chalmers Ford since approx. 2002 and they have provided excellent service through all these years. I've consistently used James Cordova for all the years that he has been with Don Chalmers Ford because he has a good relationship with the technicians and knows my vehicles

don' t learn the hard way
I bought some where else. Don't be a fool. I have learned a hard lesson. These people are the best from the front to the back.

Horrible internet presence
I am deaf and I proceeded asked several specific questions to this dealer through e-mail. They ignored my questions in the email. Then called me up anyway speaking very fast and hassling me to make an appointment for a test drive. I could not understand him but made an appointment anyway to get the guy off my back. I had to cancel the appointment by the dealer e-mail since the guy did not give me any way to directly contact him.

Terrific shopping experience
I had no intent on purchasing a vehicle, as I had been denied at 2 previous dealers because of credit issues. Krystopher and Dan went the extra mile to work with me on a deal, and I ended up leaving with a great used vehicle! Don Chalmers Ford provides the best customer service experience you're going to find at any dealership! It's worth your try to see them if you are having credit issues and have been denied elsewhere.
