I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW RESPECTFULLY THE SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS, ESP. DIANA TREAT, ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS SO I CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING.

I was in the market for a Mustang and the sales staff was AMAZING, not pushy at all. Test drove some 2015's and one 2014 came back a few days later and took it home. I now own 3 Fords and 2 purchased at DCF, my next 3 will come from there as well.

Andy Strebe at Son Chalmers got us in and out. He was professional and curtious with continuous updates on where they were at with my truck. He offered snacks and drinks while we waited. This was a positive experience and I highly suggest taking your vehicle here for fast curtious service, not to mention competent workers. I feel safe driving my truck now that they fixed the problem with my tire. Good job Andy and Don Chalmers Ford crew!

This was my first time taking my new car to have regular maintenance done. The quality of service was excellent. I took the car to the Complete Care instead of the service department because they could get me in right away.

My friend got me a van from there and after 2 months with title in hand they literally stole the van back they tried to get me to bring it back by telling me it needed a vin inspection and that was a lie they just wanted me to bring it so it looked like I just gave it to them I have has several friends and family but from them but ne we again I see from some of the others reviews people had problems with their honesty

I had an advantage over the normal walk-in customer because I know someone that works at Don Chalmers. With that being said I' m pretty confident that I was treated not much different than the normal everyday customer. I've bought several vehicles in my life time and this has to rank up near the top on total positive buying experiences. Everyone I had contact with was very personable and seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. Thank you Don Chalmers Ford and especially Dave Piazza!

Sales person was very professional and helpful. Car was not quite what we wanted, so ended buying one elsewhere. Would consider Don Chalmers again for a future purchase.

We needed to buy our son another vehicle. I found great deals at other dealerships. However, I won't go to anyone else but Don Chalmers Ford. I have to say Don Chalmers Ford, has a wonderful sales team, finance team, and delivery team. We bought our 8th vehicle from Don Chalmers,(4 last year) our 2nd one this year. We only buy from Dave Piazza, and our finance lady is only Jackie Sidden, we some how get a different guy every time at delivery, but they are all great and very informative when it comes to giving us the information we need to know before we drive away. I must say they are always, kind, helpful, patience, and friendly. Did I mention the front desk ladies are amazing as well. They always have a smile on their faces and greet you when you walk through the doors. I was there on Thursday to talk to Dave about buying a car and one of the ladies gave me a fudge bar!! Thank you so much it made my day! When I need maintenance on the vehicles I got to Ricky Phan, at Quick Lube. I know I'm in good hands and I'm not being taken advantage of!
