The customer service was above and beyond what was expected. The facility is great----very nice, clean and inviting. Great Experience
I walked to Don Chalmers Ford from my home. It took about 25 minutes. I left with a new Ford Focus and the whole experience from sales, to finance, to parts and service was excellent. I ordered several extra items, mud flaps and tinting. The Allstate Office on site was also very helpful in insuring that I had coverage. Thank you

Warrenty work
Our Edge has warranty work required for the fuel line. They also replaced a front passenger door lock switch that had not worked since we purchased our Edge. We were able to bring the car in when it fit our schedule and all work was completed as requested and on time.

purchasing new vehicle
John Fife provided the best car buying experience that I've ever had at a dealership. I detected no pressure whatsoever as I was deciding whether to trade in my vehicle or not. I felt that I was given a fair value for my trade in. Also, I had a bit of buyers remorse over the color that I had initially chosen and signed some paperwork to commit to its purchase. I informed the dealership and they found a solution to this issue as well.

excellent last minute service
We were on our way to FL when we when an issue arose. Coming in from Hawaii and driving from California we weren't sure we could be seen right away since our stay with family wasn't long. Sure enough though the reps at the service shop went ahead and saw us the next morning! They were all tactful, respectful and diligent in their work. Not only did they fix the issue which I might also have with my other ford vehicle but had no problem installing parts I had purchased along the way. Great team and great location to do everything for your vehicle.

They know what they're doing.
I have a 95 Buick & a 2005 Focus, both of which I have trusted to the guys at Quick Lane on Coors. In the past, we had to take our cars there several times before they found and corrected the problem. Then the staff seemed to have changed and the new crew has fixed several problems the first time, every time. Today, I took the Buick in for a tune up. Being on a limited income, I needed an estimate before scheduling the service. They did the job and came in about $25 under the estimate. My car ran so well, that I took my wife out for dinner afterwards with the money I saved. Patrick was at the desk and is a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. I believe it was Konner that worked on our car. He is a very young man who is very polite and from what I hear, is on his way to becoming a star in the world of mechanics. I will always trust my vehicles to this crew.

Anthony was professional and gave realistic expectations. He communicated the problem and is a prime example of first time resolution. My 2006 Ford Fusion is still going strong and I owe that to this dealership.
