I took my vehicle in for a oil change and was informed...

I took my vehicle in for a oil change and was informed that my right front axle was leaking. The service department made arrangements to have my vehicle looked at, confirmed the leak and also informed me of a recall.

I called to make an appointment and was told to come in...

I called to make an appointment and was told to come in at 9 am or 1 pm and those were the only times they have available ever. The waiting room was packed and hard to distance and it was too cold to wait much outside. Most people were wearing COVID masks but I don’t think the staff was particularly concerned about this. They did get the vehicle done fairly quickly but I got signed up for Satellite radio I will have to cancel so XM isn’t the perk some may think it is.

We apologize for the confusion, appointments are available but are usually book 2 weeks in advance. The best time for walk-ins are usually 9 or 1. Our employees are required to wear masks, but not our customers. The customer lounge door is open and customers are welcome to sit in the showroom, where there are plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate service waiters. We appreciate the opportunity and hope to do a etter job next time you visit.

This is 2nd truck we have bought from them both have been great , they have worked hard for us, I will probably continue to buy from them. Breeden has been great.

My service man, Donald, was very good once I got the part in! When I called him he researched and found the part was already in stock and I had not been called! He scheduled my appt. and kept me informed about everything that was needed or had been done!
