Worked with sales associate for over a month to find the right vehicle, after I found one perfect for me, I got pre-approved through Chrysler. Finished the deal online, on the phone, and text. Arrived at the dealership to finalize, was given higher prices all around, and I was encouraged to go elsewhere. Which is exactly what I did! I reviewed the dealership on Google, the "owner" replied that they never were given my social security number or proof of income...such a feeble attempt to make it "my fault"! No, nobody apologized, nobody made any efforts to make things right! Just a show of excuses to cover themselves! Do NOT recommend this dealership!

Sales were Great Finance guy was great Had service put running boards put on my new truck. The cost was more than was told it was going be. I was going have more acc put on my truck. But I will not be doing that.

My sales people and finance guy was awesome I was treated...
My sales people and finance guy was awesome I was treated wonderfully. But there was no oil in my car when I got home I checked it as soon as I got home and had to put 4 quarts of oil in it as soon as I got home. It makes me wonder if a inspection was even done.

Best prices for a new vehicle. Best trade-in prices. Good customer service and if there is a problem, they own it. I like Breeden Dodge, after having bought five vehicles from them since 2007.

The used vehicle that we traveled 5 hours to purchase had been smoked in & had a burn hole in the rear leather seat. Of course no one knew that when we discussed the vehicle on the phone.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, I was very disappointed to hear that the electrical connections that are needed to fix my vehicle would take 45 days to arrive. This seems a bit excessive especially when dealing with a newer vehicle. Now it appears that the car will not be fixed until April timeframe.

We completely understand and sympathize with you. COVID has caused shortages in supplies, parts and services in every industry. Thank you for understanding.
Thanks for the quick feedback. I understand constraints in the supply chain very well, but to many organizations are still using COVID as a crutch. This has been impacting us for nearly a year and most good organizations have figured out how to work through this pandemic and still satisfy customer as they had previously. Again the friendliness of your staff is great, but the miss in customer satisfaction is the issue this time. If we had an issue with the vehicle overall my frustration level would be higher.
