Don was very helpful all the way through my recall on my 2016 Jeep Patriot and was able to troubleshoot other issues I’d been having and kept me up to date in a timely manner. My repairs were costly but didn’t break the bank. Very friendly and I recommend Don at Breedin Dodge in Fort Smith, AR 5 Stars all the way.

Staff is rude and treats you like you are stupid when you...
Staff is rude and treats you like you are stupid when you ask for any service besides an oil change. They will also tell you a service isn’t do for 100,000 miles that is due every 30k so that they don’t have to mess with it. I’m more used to a professional that will tell me what all is due and offer more services not people that lie to you to get you out the door.
