Scam!
just got bent over by the service department for a xx diagnosis to replace a part ($6 Shradder valve) that wasn't faulty which necessitated a $430 service on my AC which is double than average cost! When I talked to the service department they stood behind their database and scoffed as if "how dare you question our authority"? Josh was actually nice and respectfully explained the repair and cost but Jeff Gann is a bloody wanker! Definitely won't be back!

New brakes, old truck
Knew something was wrong but wasn’t sure just what. Took in my stepsons 2008 F150. Jeff Gann got me checked in and quickly diagnosed the problem. Wasn’t what I had hoped but the job was quickly completed. Ready to go by the end of the day! Jeff, Scott and all the techs are great at Bob Moore Ford. Highly recommend them for all service work.

Expensive!!
Employees were nice and respectful. However, I was recommended services I already had done previously and the prices for items like air filters are extremely high. The service shuttle was the highlight of the visit, the driver is a neat guy. I’m exploring other options for the future due to price.
